  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley leaves


  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

  • Put the ramekins inside a large baking dish and divide the batter between 4 ramekins. Fill the large dish halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Bake the smaller ramekins for 30 minutes and 40 minutes for the larger ramekins. Refrigerate for four hours to a day.
  • When ready, top each with 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar depending on how sweet you want it. Place the ramekins under a broiler till the sugar melts and is a dark brown.
