Boba Fett’s Ming-Na Wen is a Star Wars Fan & Cosplayer

Ming-Na Wen is an incredibly popular American actress and model with a filmography that any pop culture geek should admire.
She played Chun-Li in the 1994 live-action Street Fighter movie, voiced Mulan in the 1998 Disney movie of the same name (and its sequel), voiced Detective Ellen Yin in The Batman animated series, and played Melinda May in Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Most notable, however (as far as this article is concerned, at least) she has also had her moment in the Star Wars spotlight, as she has played Fennec Shand in the Star Wars universe. She's played the character in The Mandalorian, the animated series The Bad Batch, and The Book of Boba Fett.
In The Mandalorian, she is featured in the epic team-up scenes with the eponymous character and Bobba Fett whereby the trio rescued Baby Grogu.
What is very clear, however, is that she didn't simply randomly jump into the role post her Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. gig. Mig-Na Wen is clearly a lifelong Star Wars fan as this fantastic set of eleven pictures shows. Some of them show her in Star Wars cosplay, while some of them just show her being a massive fangirl – and, for what it's worth, she's no stranger to the Princess Leia Slave Bikini (see the first image for details)!

1. Ming-Na Wen dressed in the iconic Princess Leia bikini

We promised you this one in the introduction and here we are delivering. It takes a special kind of human to pull off the Prince Leia bikini. Carrie Fisher was one and, given how awesome Ming-Na Wen looks sporting it, she must be too.

2. Ming-Na Wen dressed as Princess Leia from A New Hope

Here is Ming-Na Wen holding two mini lightsabers in the same way you would hold a pair of chopsticks. Very funny – and quite a good idea, actually!

Here is Ming-Na Wen loving life as she poses next two a pair of Ewok cosplayers and an amazing replica model of R2-D2.
It's nice to know that the stars who appear in our favorite franchises can be just as geeky as us, isn't it?
