Ana de Armas has been photographed kissing Venezuelan musician Beto Montenegro during a getaway in Spain, weeks after the pair first sparked romance speculation with a series of outings in Madrid.
The 38-year-old actress and the 37-year-old Rawayana frontman were together on the island of Formentera on Aug. 2.
Photos published by PEOPLE show them holding hands on the way to the beach, while another image captures de Armas wrapping her arms around Montenegro as they kiss.
Just Jared also reported on the photographs, which followed several earlier sightings of de Armas and Montenegro together in Madrid. PEOPLE said a representative for de Armas had not responded to its request for comment.
The Formentera Trip Included Kisses, a Beach Day and a Yacht
The pair spent several days together on the Balearic island. ¡HOLA! published additional photographs showing de Armas and Montenegro kissing, embracing and taking selfies during the getaway.
According to the Spanish publication, they were photographed after having lunch at a beachfront restaurant before walking hand in hand to the port. From there, they took a small boat to a friend’s yacht, where they continued spending time together on the water.
PEOPLE’s Aug. 2 photographs show another part of the trip, with Montenegro reaching for de Armas’ hand as they walk down a rocky path toward the beach. In a separate image, de Armas has both arms around the singer as they kiss.

De Armas and Montenegro had been linked before their Formentera getaway. The first photograph connecting them publicly surfaced in mid-July after they attended a concert together in Madrid.
¡HOLA! reported that the pair had also been spotted visiting one of de Armas’ favorite cafés and attending events around the city. The outlet cited journalist Javi de Hoyos as saying they had been seen embracing and kissing during those outings.
Later that month, ¡HOLA! published video of de Armas and Montenegro attending another concert during Madrid’s Noches del Botánico festival. The footage showed them dancing together before sharing a kiss as they left the venue.
De Armas had previously been linked to Tom Cruise after the actors were repeatedly photographed together throughout 2025. Their outings included a July trip to Vermont where they were photographed holding hands. By October 2025, PEOPLE reported that de Armas was single, while a source described Cruise as a “dear friend and mentor” with whom she remained in contact.
Beto Montenegro Fronts Grammy-Winning Rawayana
Montenegro is a singer, songwriter and founding member of Rawayana, the Venezuelan band formed in 2007. The group is known for blending reggae, funk, pop, rock and Caribbean influences and has expanded its audience far beyond its home country.
Rawayana won the 2025 Grammy Award for Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album for ¿Quién trae las cornetas?. The Recording Academy lists the group as the winner in that category. The same album also brought Rawayana its first Latin Grammy in 2024, when “Feriado” won Best Pop Song.
Montenegro and Rawayana have also collaborated with Bomba Estéreo on the project ASTROPICAL, which earned a 2026 Grammy nomination for Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album.
Rawayana followed that work with its sixth studio album, ¿Dónde Es El After?, released in January 2026. The 23-track project arrived as Montenegro and his bandmates continued an international run that has taken the Venezuelan group to increasingly larger stages.
