Chris Olsen is sharing a more detailed account of his breakup with Harrison Dockerty after initially saying he had been “diabolically cheated on.”
Olsen alleged that Dockerty admitted to cheating before ending the relationship.
Olsen said he later discovered “a lot more” while attending an Olivia Dean concert in Los Angeles on July 16.
Dockerty has confirmed that the relationship ended but has not publicly admitted to cheating or responded directly to Olsen’s latest account.
Olsen Said Dockerty Admitted to Cheating in May
Olsen offered specific dates while explaining why he decided to discuss the breakup publicly. “I was in a closed relationship from October 7 till May 25,” he said, according to Just Jared.
Olsen then alleged that Dockerty ended the relationship after acknowledging that he had been unfaithful. The content creator did not identify another person, describe the alleged encounter or provide evidence supporting the claim.
He Said the Concert Revealed ‘a Lot More’

Olsen first brought the breakup into public view while attending Dean’s Los Angeles concert on July 16. In an Instagram video, he wrote that he had just learned he was “diabolically cheated on,” adding that the concert was “amazing at least.”
Olsen said he had already known about one alleged incident before the relationship ended, but information he received at the concert suggested that more had happened without his knowledge.
Dockerty Said He Wanted the Breakup Kept Private
Dockerty confirmed the split to People on July 16, saying the pair had gone their separate ways after approximately eight months together. “Out of respect for Chris and the relationship we shared, I’d prefer to keep matters private,” he said.
Dockerty added that he did not believe publicly discussing personal relationship problems was healthy or productive and expressed hope that both men could move forward with kindness and respect.
Olsen Said Speaking About Betrayal Was Not Retaliation
Olsen said the new video was not intended to shame Dockerty or encourage followers to direct hate toward him. He instead framed the story as part of his broader practice of discussing personal experiences that other people may recognize in their own lives.
He recalled responding to previous experiences with infidelity by questioning what he had done wrong or what he had failed to provide. Olsen said he no longer believed another person’s actions should determine his self-worth. “Speaking up about it does not equal retaliation,” he said, adding that respect should be a basic expectation in any relationship.
