Hulk Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, and her son, Hayden Hitt, have been named in two civil lawsuits involving allegations of assault, physical abuse and alcohol supplied to minors.
Both complaints concern a March 28, 2026, party hosted by Hitt. The plaintiffs allege that Daily provided alcohol despite knowing underage guests would attend, according to lawsuits obtained by TMZ and reported on October 30.
Daily, whose full name is Melanie Sky Daily Bollea, was allegedly attending a wrestling event while the gathering took place.
The allegations have not been established in court. TMZ said it contacted Daily for comment but had received no response when its report was published.
First Lawsuit Alleges a Minor Was Assaulted by Another Partygoer
A minor identified as Jane B. Doe alleges that another underage attendee assaulted her after she became incapacitated. Her complaint accuses Hitt of facilitating the alleged assault, including guarding the bedroom door.
She also alleges that Daily later disposed of potential evidence. The complaint seeks to hold Daily and Hitt responsible through negligence claims, according to Complex, which said it reviewed the court documents.
The alleged attacker and his parents are also named as defendants. The claims against them are separate from those brought against Daily and Hitt.
Second Plaintiff Says Hitt Abused Her and Daily Forced Her Out
The second plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, says she was in a relationship with Hitt and had moved into the home he shared with Daily. She alleges that he repeatedly became physically violent toward her and that his mother encouraged her to forgive him.
During the party, the plaintiff says Hitt shoved her and caused her to fall. She alleges that she texted Daily to explain what had happened.
A screenshot cited in the complaint shows a response attributed to Daily apologizing for Hitt’s behavior and suggesting that they wait until morning to address it.
The plaintiff says she subsequently contacted police. According to her complaint, Daily then forced her to leave the home and placed her belongings outside. Hitt allegedly asked her the following day to delete messages and not pursue charges.
She is seeking damages for battery from Hitt and emotional distress from both defendants.
The Complaint Also Alleges Religious Pressure and Police Influence
The second plaintiff also accuses Daily of using alcohol and other pressure to recruit her into Scientology while she was underage. Us Weekly, which obtained that complaint, reported that the allegations included Daily arranging for her to attend a school associated with the church.
Jane Doe further alleges that Clearwater police closed an investigation into her abuse report because of Daily’s purported influence within the Church of Scientology. The reporting does not independently establish that Daily influenced police or that the department acted improperly.
Us Weekly said it requested comment from Daily, the church and the Clearwater Police Department. Its report included no responses. The plaintiff has requested a jury trial.
