Kanye West and Bianca Censori went to the movies dressed for winter while Los Angeles was sweltering through an October heat wave.
The couple was photographed leaving a theater in Westwood on Oct. 5, wearing heavy outerwear despite the unusually warm evening temperatures. Just Jared published the photographs on Oct. 9.
Downtown Los Angeles reached a record 104 degrees earlier that day, according to the Los Angeles Times. An extreme heat warning remained in effect across much of the region.
The movie date followed a busy weekend for West and Censori, who had attended the 10th-anniversary edition of ComplexCon the previous day.
Censori Wore a Floor-Length Leather Coat and Stiletto Boots
Censori’s glossy black leather trench coat featured structured shoulders, wide lapels and a belted waist, according to HOLA!. Underneath, she wore a black hooded top with fitted leggings, keeping the hood pulled over her head.
She completed the outfit with dark brown knee-high stiletto boots and oversized amber-tinted rectangular sunglasses.
West chose a beige bomber jacket with a fur-trimmed hood, a zippered front and ribbed cuffs. He paired it with off-white trousers and tan lace-up combat boots with thick soles.
The photographs were taken after the pair left the theater rather than during the afternoon’s peak temperatures. Just Jared reported that conditions were still in the 80s and 90s during their evening outing.
North West Joined the Couple at ComplexCon
West and Censori spent Oct. 4 at the Los Angeles Convention Center with his 13-year-old daughter, North West.
North wore a black T-shirt, a pleated miniskirt and chunky boots, with bright blue braids reaching past her waist. Her father wore black leather and sunglasses, while Censori chose a shorter black leather coat for the festival, according to InStyle.
Fan footage also showed West and Censori moving through the convention center alongside Playboi Carti. Attendees gathered around the group with their phones as security helped them navigate the crowd, Complex reported.
Carti served as one of ComplexCon’s artistic directors for the anniversary edition, alongside Hiroshi Fujiwara. His Opium collective also had a presence at the event, offering exclusive merchandise and collaborations.
During a festival fit check, Carti showed off unreleased Yeezy clothing. When asked about the pieces, he repeatedly answered, “Season 12,” according to Complex’s fashion coverage.
West Opened Playboi Carti’s Set With Three Songs
Later that evening, West made a surprise appearance during Carti’s headlining concert at Crypto.com Arena, where the rapper closed out the festival.
West opened the performance with “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” before joining Carti for “Carnival” and “Off the Grid,” according to Complex.
North was also spotted onstage during the performance. The three-song guest appearance brought West and Carti back together after their public disagreements in 2025 over music collaborations involving North.
Carti continued his headlining set after West departed, performing songs from his own catalog. Destroy Lonely and Ken Carson also joined him during the concert.
