Tom Sandoval’s longtime bandmate claims Victoria Lee Robinson repeatedly threatened to damage the reality star’s reputation because she wanted the public support Ariana Madix received after Scandoval.
Jason Bader, the drummer and manager of Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras, alleged that Robinson once shouted that she would “ruin” Sandoval and “get the Ariana treatment” during an argument.
Bader also accused Robinson of physically attacking Sandoval during several tour stops. Robinson has filed her own declaration alleging that Sandoval physically and verbally abused her during their relationship.
Sandoval denies Robinson’s accusations. Temporary restraining orders he obtained against Robinson and her father, J. Will Robinson, remain active while the competing claims move through Los Angeles Superior Court.
Bader Says Robinson Wanted the ‘Ariana Treatment’
Bader made the allegations while discussing Sandoval and Robinson’s relationship with the Daily Mail. He claimed Robinson frequently discussed the attention and professional opportunities Madix received after learning in 2023 that Sandoval had been having an affair with their former Vanderpump Rules costar Rachel Leviss.
“She is a very messy person and would be so violent with him,” Bader said. “She scared me. She will do whatever it takes for the betterment of herself.” Bader recalled an argument in which Robinson allegedly shouted, “I am going to ruin you. I am going to get the Ariana treatment. I hate you. I don’t want to be with you.”
The Blast also reported the allegation. Bader has worked closely with Sandoval as both his drummer and band manager.
Bader Described Alleged Confrontations on Tour
Bader alleged that Robinson punched, kicked and spat at Sandoval while accompanying the band on tour. He said the confrontations created tension among the musicians and at one point made him consider leaving the group.
He described an incident outside the tour bus after Sandoval began playing his trumpet following a concert. “Victoria got very angry,” Bader alleged. “She ran out and just started attacking him. She was punching him in the chest and his head. She was kicking and spitting at him.”
Crew members allegedly moved Robinson back onto the bus before more fans noticed. Bader also claimed security intervened during a separate confrontation at an October tour stop in Fort Lauderdale. He said he never saw Sandoval become physically aggressive with Robinson.

Robinson requested her own domestic violence restraining order after Sandoval obtained temporary protection against her and her father on June 25. In court documents obtained by People, Robinson alleged that Sandoval routinely physically and verbally abused her during their relationship, which lasted from early 2024 until June 2026.
She accused him of shoving her down stairs in August 2025, pushing her onto a hotel floor during a trip to Nashville and elbowing her in the chest the following day. Robinson claimed she initially reported the stair incident to police but later recanted because she did not want Sandoval arrested.
Sandoval’s representative denied that he physically harmed Robinson and said he had instead lived in fear of her repeated attacks and unpredictable behavior. Sandoval has alleged that Robinson repeatedly struck him in the face and head. He submitted photographs that he says show his injuries.
The June Confrontation Was Captured on Video
The former couple also gave conflicting accounts of a June 3 confrontation involving Robinson’s father. Video obtained by TMZ appears to show Sandoval approaching Robinson while she was recording.
Will then grabs Sandoval around the waist before Sandoval pushes him backward into a lit fire pit. Sandoval said he pushed Will to create distance after being grabbed. Robinson alleged that her father intervened because Sandoval was twisting her arm while attempting to take her phone.
Will said he was trying to protect his daughter and claimed that the fall caused injuries requiring medical treatment. Robinson was arrested after the June incident. Sandoval later obtained temporary orders requiring Robinson and her father to leave the Los Angeles rental home and remain away from him.
The Temporary Orders Remain in Effect

Robinson returned to the property to collect belongings while police were present. Video from the encounter showed her telling Sandoval that she hated him and comparing herself with his previous girlfriends while he carried equipment toward a vehicle.
A judge declined to immediately grant Robinson’s competing temporary order on July 6 because Sandoval’s existing order was already in place and a properly noticed hearing was required before her request could be considered.
Robinson appeared in court on July 16, while Sandoval did not attend in person. The judge kept his temporary restraining orders active after attorneys requested additional time to collect evidence and prepare their arguments. The parties are scheduled to return to court for continued hearings on August 13 and August 14.
