Yolanda Hadid is engaged again after keeping her new relationship mostly out of the spotlight.
The former model and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is set to marry real estate developer Randall “Randy” Kendrick. People confirmed the engagement after TMZ first reported that Kendrick had proposed and Hadid accepted.
Hadid, 62, was previously engaged to construction executive Joseph “Joey” Jingoli. The former couple quietly ended their engagement in January 2025 after six years together.
The new engagement marks another personal chapter for Hadid, who shares three children with her first husband, Mohamed Hadid, and has kept much of her private life away from the Bravo spotlight in recent years.
Kendrick Proposed Earlier This Year
TMZ reported that Kendrick proposed earlier this week and Hadid said yes. People confirmed the engagement and noted that Hadid and Kendrick have kept details of their relationship largely private.
Kendrick is the founder and CEO of Xebec, a national logistics real estate platform, and has held that role since the company began in 1996, according to People. He also serves as CEO of Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture, LLC, and Sandow Lakes Energy Company.
People also reported that Kendrick is originally from Las Vegas and has described cooking for his family and playing guitar as favorite hobbies.
Hadid Quietly Split From Joey Jingoli in 2025
The engagement comes after Hadid’s earlier relationship with Jingoli ended quietly. People reported in 2025 that Hadid and Jingoli had called off their engagement in January after six years together.
A source told the outlet at the time that they remained friends and had “nothing but fond memories” of their relationship. Hadid and Jingoli first met after she moved to Pennsylvania, and she later revealed that he had proposed during a 2022 trip to Holland.
Hadid had previously spoken warmly about Jingoli, including his love of nature, horses and farm life.
Hadid Was Previously Married Twice

Before Kendrick and Jingoli, Hadid was married to real estate developer Mohamed Hadid from 1994 to 2000. They share daughters Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid, and son Anwar Hadid.
She later married music producer David Foster in 2011. Their marriage was featured during her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and the two finalized their divorce in 2017.
No wedding date for Hadid and Kendrick has been announced.
