Angelina Jolie’s son Knox Jolie-Pitt had a cap-and-gown ceremony in the afternoon and a Muay Thai fight after midnight.
The 17-year-old graduated from high school in Los Angeles on Friday, June 5, with Jolie in the crowd cheering him on. Hours later, he competed in a Muay Thai fight at Total Sonic Knockout 5 in Downtown Los Angeles.
According to People, Knox used part of his graduation speech to tell the crowd he would be fighting later that night.
“Tonight, I’m gonna be fighting at Total Sonic Knockout 5 at 12:45 a.m., so catch me,” he said in a clip later shared on social media.
He then added, “I’m gonna knock ‘em the f— out!”
Angelina Jolie Was at the Graduation
Jolie was photographed at the ceremony as Knox spoke onstage. People reported that the Oscar-winning actress snapped photos of her son during the event.
The graduation marked a public family milestone for Knox, one of the youngest children shared by Jolie and Brad Pitt. Knox and his twin sister, Vivienne, turn 18 on July 12.
