Ariana Grande has moved three dates on her Eternal Sunshine tour after production issues raised safety concerns ahead of upcoming shows in Brooklyn and Boston.
The singer announced the changes on Instagram Stories on Monday, June 29. Entertainment Weekly reported that Grande apologized to fans and said the decision was made so the show could be delivered safely and as planned.
“We are so sorry for these unfortunate scheduling changes,” Grande wrote, according to People.
“This was our best and safest option as these challenges with production have come to our attention.”
Three Shows Have New Dates

Grande’s July 12 concert at Barclays Center in Brooklyn has been moved to Tuesday, July 14. Barclays Center said the change was made “to ensure the full production can be delivered safely and as intended.”
The remaining Brooklyn shows are still scheduled for July 13, 16, 18 and 19. Barclays Center said all tickets for the July 12 show will be honored on the new July 14 date and that ticket holders will be contacted directly with more information.
Two Boston shows at TD Garden have also been moved. TD Garden lists the new dates as July 23, 25 and 26, with the July 22 show moved to July 23 and the July 24 show moved to July 26. The July 25 show remains unchanged.
Grande Said Safety Was the Priority
Grande told fans the team made the changes after production challenges came to their attention. She said the main priority was safety, along with making sure audiences see the show as it was intended to run.
“The utmost important thing to us all is safety, first and foremost, and also making sure you all see the show how it is intended to run,” Grande wrote, according to Entertainment Weekly. “Thank you so much for your understanding and I cannot wait to see you.”
People reported that all tickets purchased for the original dates will be honored at the rescheduled performances. TD Garden also said refunds will be available at the original point of purchase for fans who cannot attend the new Boston dates.
The Tour Is Still Moving Forward

The rescheduling comes only a few weeks into the tour, which began June 6 in Oakland, California. Entertainment Weekly reported that Grande is still scheduled to continue through major cities including Atlanta, Boston, Montreal and London.
The run marks Grande’s first headlining tour since the Sweetener World Tour, which wrapped in 2019. Billboard reported that the Eternal Sunshine tour supports her 2024 album of the same name, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
Entertainment Weekly reported that Grande’s website lists every date as sold out. The final scheduled show is set for Sept. 1 in London.
Fans With Tickets Should Watch for Venue Updates
The changes affect one Brooklyn show and two Boston shows, not the full tour. Fans with tickets for July 12 in Brooklyn, July 22 in Boston or July 24 in Boston should use the new dates listed by the venues.
Barclays Center said there is no opening act for the Brooklyn shows and that Grande will begin promptly at 8 p.m. The venue is also using a clear-bag-only policy for the run.
TD Garden said all tickets will be honored for the new Boston dates. Fans who cannot attend the rescheduled TD Garden shows should seek refunds through their original point of purchase.
