Cardi B and Maduka Okoye have been spotted together again, months after their appearances in Paris and Venice first fueled speculation about their relationship.
The rapper and Nigerian soccer goalkeeper were filmed talking over drinks at a Milan Fashion Week afterparty on Sept. 22. A roughly minute-long video captured the two facing each other in conversation at the event, according to People.
Both had separate reasons to be in Milan. Cardi attended Vogue World: Milano at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, while Okoye’s club, Udinese Calcio, was presenting its 2026/27 third kit during Fashion Week.
Neither has publicly confirmed that they are dating. Cardi has, however, spoken warmly about Okoye since they began appearing together, calling him “really sweet” and “very kind” before answering “I hope so” when asked whether people would see more of him.

The new footage shows Cardi and Okoye standing together and talking at a Fashion Week gathering. No public display of affection is visible in the circulating clip.
Their schedules had brought them to Milan for different events. Cardi attended Vogue World, while Udinese unveiled a cream, black and gold third kit created with Macron and designer Giuseppe Buccinnà.
The Italian club presented the uniform as part of its continuing effort to connect soccer with fashion and design. Okoye, who plays goalkeeper for Udinese and Nigeria, has become increasingly involved in fashion events away from the field.
Cardi and Okoye also share a connection through stylist Kollin Carter, who worked with both of them during their earlier appearances in Paris.
Cardi Said Okoye Was ‘Really Sweet’ After Their Paris Appearances
Cardi discussed Okoye directly in an interview with Vogue Arabia after the magazine saw the pair together during Paris Couture Week.
“He was really sweet,” she said. “When you see him on social media, he looks very strict, stern, but he is very kind.”
When interviewer Manuel Arnaut asked whether people could expect to see more of Okoye, Cardi laughed and replied, “I hope so.”
Okoye also discussed his growing interest in fashion during an August interview with The Guardian. He described his first serious experience with the high-fashion world in Paris as “fascinating” and said it had made him considerably more interested in the industry.
He also emphasized that fashion remained separate from his main responsibility at Udinese, where he returned his focus to soccer after the offseason events.

Cardi and Okoye first attracted widespread attention together on July 8 at the Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture show in Paris. Video from the event showed Okoye helping Cardi reach her seat before they sat beside each other in the front row.
They were subsequently photographed talking and laughing together at other events during Couture Week, including the Viktor & Rolf show.
Later that month, TMZ obtained footage of the pair sitting beside each other during a group dinner at Gio’s inside the St. Regis Venice. The outlet reported that they were seen talking throughout the meal but did not display affection publicly.
The Sept. 22 afterparty marks their latest documented appearance together and their third European city in which they have been seen spending time together since July.
