Dua Lipa and Callum Turner are married, and their first wedding ceremony looked more like a sharply edited fashion moment than a traditional celebrity spectacle.
The singer and the actor tied the knot Sunday, May 31, in an intimate ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London. Vogue reported that the couple was surrounded by a small circle of close friends and family as they made the marriage official.
The ceremony was understated by celebrity standards, but the clothes made it impossible to miss. Lipa wore custom Schiaparelli couture, while Turner chose a navy Ferragamo suit.
Lipa Chose Schiaparelli Instead of a Traditional Bridal Gown
Vogue reported that Lipa wore an ivory skirt suit designed by Schiaparelli creative director Daniel Roseberry. The look included a tailored blazer with gold buttons, a matching asymmetric skirt, white gloves, Christian Louboutin pumps, and a wide-brimmed hat by Stephen Jones.
Turner matched the formality of the moment in a navy double-breasted suit by Ferragamo, worn with a coordinating shirt and tie.
PEOPLE reported that photos obtained by The Daily Mail and The Sun showed the couple leaving the venue hand in hand after the ceremony.
The Bridal Suit Carried a Famous Fashion Reference

Vogue connected Lipa’s bridal suit to one of fashion’s most famous wedding looks: Bianca Jagger’s 1971 wedding outfit, which paired a Yves Saint Laurent Le Smoking jacket with a long skirt and wide hat.
The reference fits Lipa’s public style better than a conventional gown. She has often built her image around runway-level fashion, sharp tailoring, and pop-star glamour, so the civil ceremony gave her a chance to make a bridal statement without turning the day into a full-scale public production.

Lipa confirmed her engagement to Turner in a British Vogue interview published in June 2025.
“Yeah, we’re engaged,” she said at the time, adding that the decision to grow old together and become “best friends forever” felt special.
Lipa also revealed that Turner had her engagement ring custom made after speaking with her best friends and her sister Rina. Their romance first became public in early 2024, after they were seen together around the Masters of the Air premiere circuit, and Lipa later made the relationship Instagram official in July 2024.
Their Story Started With a London Meeting
Lipa told British Vogue that she and Turner first met at The River Café in London after being introduced by cofounder Ruth Rogers. They crossed paths again in Los Angeles about a year later.
One detail from that early connection has followed the couple’s public story: Lipa realized they were both reading Hernan Diaz’s novel Trust.
The Old Marylebone Town Hall ceremony brought the relationship back to London, this time with a legal wedding rather than a chance meeting.

The London ceremony may not be the couple’s only wedding event. Vogue reported that a larger celebration is expected in Palermo, Sicily.
The Sun has reported that the Sicily event could unfold across three days with a longer celebrity guest list. Names including Elton John, Charli XCX, Tove Lo, Donatella Versace, and Simon Porte Jacquemus have appeared in reports, but those details have not been confirmed by Lipa or Turner.
For now, the confirmed story is the London wedding: a small civil ceremony, a historic venue, and a bridal suit that turned the couple’s private milestone into a fashion headline.
