Dua Lipa has shared the clearest look yet at the Chanel haute couture gown she wore for her Sicily wedding celebration with Callum Turner.
The singer posted new photos from the couple’s Italian wedding weekend on Instagram on Saturday, June 20, showing the feather-and-crystal-embellished dress she wore for the main ceremony.
Vogue reported that the custom Chanel gown was designed by Matthieu Blazy and featured a low back, a sweeping feather-dappled train, a feather-detailed headpiece and a long embroidered veil.
The Sicily celebration followed Lipa and Turner’s private civil wedding in London on May 31, where she wore custom Schiaparelli couture. The couple then continued the wedding celebrations in Italy the following weekend.
The Chanel Dress Was Built Around Feathers, Crystals and Hand Embroidery

The photos included Lipa and Turner together, a playful dance inside the venue, a black-and-white portrait on a stone terrace and several images focused on the dress and veil.
Vogue reported, citing Chanel, that the gown was the first Chanel haute couture wedding dress designed by Blazy for a friend of the house. It was made in Chanel’s ateliers at 31 Rue Cambon in Paris, with several maisons d’art contributing to the detailing.
The numbers behind the dress were as much a part of the reveal as the photos. According to Vogue, Atelier Montex hand-embroidered 480,000 beads, Lesage created trompe l’oeil jewels that required 1,155 hours of needlework, and Lemarié underlined the two-meter train with 25,000 feathers.
Lipa wore the gown with a six-meter tulle veil embroidered with beads and feathers, hand-cut organza appliqués and custom white satin pumps by Massaro. Turner wore a custom Louis Vuitton suit.
The Sicily Photos Followed a London Civil Ceremony
Lipa and Turner officially married in London one week before the Sicily celebration. People reported that the couple tied the knot in a civil ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall on May 31.
For that ceremony, Lipa wore a custom Schiaparelli couture skirt suit by Daniel Roseberry. Vogue described the look as an homage to Bianca Jagger, with an asymmetrical jacket, personalized gold bijoux buttons and a wide-brimmed hat.
Before the Chanel ceremony dress, Vogue reported that she wore a white leather Bottega Veneta halterneck dress for Friday welcome drinks in Palermo. The dress had an open back, the house’s intrecciato weave and a feathery skirt, paired with a matching clutch and gold Bulgari jewelry.
For the Sunday wedding brunch, Lipa wore a sheer custom Chloé floral-lace dress with a swan purse from the fashion house.
The Wedding Weekend Took Place Near Palermo
People reported that the larger Sicily gathering was held at Villa Valguarnera near Palermo. Vogue wrote that the main ceremony reportedly took place at Villa Valguarnera, an 18th-century mansion known as “little Versailles.”
Vogue also reported, citing Vanity Fair, that Elton John performed “Your Song” and guests were served Sicilian dishes including anelletti alla Norma, panelle, crocché, cassata and cannoli.
The guest list included Donatella Versace, Joe Alwyn, Olivia Dean, Charli xcx, Mark Ronson, Grace Gummer and Tame Impala singer Kevin Parker, according to Vogue.
Lipa and Turner first sparked romance rumors in early 2024 and went Instagram official that July, People reported. Lipa confirmed their engagement to British Vogue in 2025, saying, “This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just, I don’t know, be best friends forever—it’s a really special feeling.”
