Pugh’s gown came from Wiederhoeft’s Spring 2027 collection, with stylist Rebecca Corbin-Murray putting together her look. The dress paired a lavender corseted bodice, embellished across the bust, with a sparkling skirt.
She accessorized with a silver statement necklace and matching earrings, finishing the look with black nail polish. Her hair was swept back in loose waves with strands framing her face, while her makeup included rosy blush and a dark pink lip. Cole wore a dark suit with a blue-striped dress shirt and black tie.

Jobson portrays Ali, with Cole playing her husband, Richard Moore. The production company’s synopsis describes Ali as a Somali refugee who pursued boxing without her family’s knowledge and became Britain’s first female Muslim boxing champion.
Anthony Wonke directed the film from a screenplay by Ursula Rani Sarma. Gershwyn Eustache Jnr also appears in the cast. The 117-minute film features English and Somali dialogue. The BFI program lists further festival screenings on October 10 and October 16.

Pugh Has Explained How Much She Wants to Share
Pugh confirmed she was dating someone in a British Vogue interview published in September 2024, without identifying her partner. “I’m allowing myself to take time to let something evolve and let it be completely real to its core,” she said. She also spoke about the difference between the excitement of falling in love and a relationship that could last.
In her Vanity Fair cover story, published September 25, 2026, Pugh described feeling “solid and safe and sturdy” with Cole. “I don’t want to be a secret, but I also don’t want everything to be divulged,” she said. Asked how they met, she declined to share the story.
She also told the magazine that she felt less compelled to document her life online and expected her Instagram account to become increasingly focused on work.
