Lorenzo Lamas is moving closer to officially ending his marriage to Kenna Nicole Lamas while his relationship with Heather Locklear remains public.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge signed off on Lamas’ request to speed up the divorce on June 30, according to TMZ. The outlet reported that the order will officially end his sixth marriage in November 2026.
The case has moved closer to a final marital-status date after Lamas said Kenna had not responded to the divorce case he filed in July 2025.
Lamas, 68, has been dating Locklear, 64, for months. Their romance became public earlier this year after they were photographed together in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve.
Lamas Told the Court Kenna Had Not Responded

TMZ reported that Lamas asked the court to move the divorce forward by default after claiming Kenna failed to respond to the case. In his paperwork, he also asked that neither side receive spousal support.
The actor told the court that he and Kenna did not have an agreement, but said there was no community property to divide, according to TMZ.
Lamas filed for divorce in July 2025 after less than two years of marriage. TMZ previously reported that he cited irreconcilable differences in the filing.
The Court Update Comes as His Locklear Romance Stays Public
Page Six reported in April that Locklear and Lamas were dating after starting their relationship in late 2025. The outlet also reported that the two celebrated New Year’s Eve together at Barry’s Steakhouse inside the Circa Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
PEOPLE reported that a friend of Locklear confirmed the relationship, while TMZ had obtained photos of the pair together in Las Vegas. A representative for Locklear could not be reached for comment at the time, as reported by PEOPLE.
TMZ reported in April that Lamas’ children and grandchildren visited Locklear’s home in Thousand Oaks, California, and that the group went to lunch and the movies.
Lamas and Locklear Have a Decades-Old Hollywood Connection
Lamas and Locklear were both major television names in the 1980s and 1990s. Locklear is known for Dynasty and Melrose Place, while Lamas starred in Falcon Crest and later Renegade.
The pair also crossed paths decades before their romance became public. PEOPLE reported that Lamas and Locklear appeared together on a 1983 Playgirl cover.
They made a public appearance as a couple at the Chiller Theatre Expo in New Jersey on April 26. Lamas told Fox News Digital at the event that Locklear was “the most amazing woman” he had ever met, as reported by PEOPLE.
The Divorce Would End Lamas’ Sixth Marriage
TMZ described the divorce from Kenna as the end of Lamas’ sixth marriage. PEOPLE has reported that Lamas was previously married to Victoria Hilbert, Michele Smith, Kathleen Kinmont, Shauna Sand and Shawna Craig.
Lamas has six children from previous relationships. PEOPLE reported that he shares A.J. and Shayne with Smith, Paton with Daphne Ashbrook, and Alexandra, Victoria and Isabella with Sand.
Locklear shares daughter Ava Sambora with ex-husband Richie Sambora. PEOPLE reported that Locklear was previously married to Tommy Lee from 1986 to 1993 and Sambora from 1994 to 2007.
