Katelyn Larson is asking Heated Rivalry fans to stop using tattoo appointments as a way to get information about her boyfriend, Hudson Williams.
The Vancouver-area tattoo artist addressed the issue on her professional Instagram Story on Sept. 22 after saying that “a couple people have crossed some boundaries recently.” Larson said fans who discover the studio through Williams are welcome to follow its artists or book appointments because they genuinely like their work, according to Just Jared.
She drew the line at people booking solely because of the studio’s connection to the actor and then questioning her coworkers about the couple. “Showing up to your appointment and asking my coworkers any sort of questions about myself or about Hudson is hugely uncomfortable for everyone,” she wrote. “With peace and love, please stop.”
Williams and Larson have made several public appearances together since confirming their relationship, but the actor has previously said his longtime girlfriend does not want a public profile of her own.
Larson Says Fans Are Welcome if They Actually Want a Tattoo
Larson emphasized that she does not object to Heated Rivalry viewers discovering her workplace because of Williams.
“If you’re following me or any of the other artists because you genuinely like their art and want to get some cool tattoos please go right ahead don’t ever feel weird about that,” she wrote.
Her objection was specifically aimed at appointments made for access rather than tattoo work.
“This is where I draw a very hard line: booking an appointment with me or anyone else purely because of the connection to the show crosses a huge boundary,” Larson wrote.
E! News reported that Larson did not identify the customers who prompted the statement or provide details about individual appointments.
Williams Said Larson Did Not Want to Be ‘Perceived’

Williams discussed Larson’s attitude toward his sudden increase in public attention during an interview with ETalk Canada around Oscars weekend in March.
“She’s not trying to be out there or be perceived,” he said. “She’s always like, ‘I don’t want to be perceived!’” Williams added at the time that fans had generally been supportive toward Larson, according to E!.
The couple made their red-carpet debut at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party that month and later attended the Canadian Screen Awards together.
Williams shared a birthday tribute to Larson in August and described their relationship as one that began before his acting career changed dramatically. Just Jared has reported that the couple have been together since at least 2020.

During a summer trip to Paris with Larson and members of his team, Williams confronted autograph seekers after they followed the group to where they were staying, according to Just Jared.
He had also spoken earlier in the year about invasive and discriminatory behavior directed at people connected with Heated Rivalry, joining others around the series in asking viewers to respect boundaries between the cast’s work and their private lives.
Williams is currently back in Canada filming Season 2 of Heated Rivalry, reprising his role as Shane Hollander opposite Connor Storrie’s Ilya Rozanov. The new season is expected in 2027.
