Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber marked eight years of marriage without a red carpet or elaborate anniversary shoot. Their celebration started around a pool table, with Justin sharing photographs of the two playing together on September 13.
“8 years until infinity ❤️ NEW BEGINNINGS ♾️ I love you baby Happy Anniversary,” the 32-year-old singer wrote alongside the carousel, according to PEOPLE. Hailey reposted the tribute to her Instagram Stories with the words “8 years.”
She also had a more playful response to the photographs. Hailey joked in the comments about spending eight years being “horrendous at playing pool,” while the pictures showed her and Justin taking turns at the table and getting close for a near-kiss.
The Biebers kept the celebration going with another set of photographs shared later the same day.
The Pool-Table Photos Came With a Joke From Hailey

Justin’s first anniversary carousel focused almost entirely on the couple’s game. Billboard reported that a Texas-Ohio State football game was visible on a television in the background.
Hailey’s response kept the mood just as casual, with her comment poking fun at her own pool-playing ability instead of adding another sentimental anniversary message.
September 13 marks the anniversary of their legal marriage in New York City in 2018, rather than the larger South Carolina ceremony they held the following year.

Justin later uploaded another set of photographs showing the couple posing closely together, including two selfies and a view from a scenic dining location. The second post carried only a red heart emoji.
The new photographs arrived during an unusually visible stretch for the couple. Days earlier, Justin and Hailey had photographed one another for the debut issue of WYouth, producing a series of portraits that included several intimate images together.
Their Two Wedding Dates Can Make the Anniversary Confusing
Justin and Hailey legally married in a civil ceremony in New York City on September 13, 2018, only a few months after rekindling their relationship and getting engaged. That courthouse date is the anniversary they are marking now.
They held a second and much larger wedding on September 30, 2019, at Montage Palmetto Bluff in South Carolina. Family and friends attended that ceremony, and Hailey wore the custom Off-White gown designed by Virgil Abloh that became one of the most recognizable images from their wedding weekend.
The couple became parents in August 2024 when their son, Jack Blues, was born. Their latest anniversary also arrives days after they offered another glimpse of their life together in WYouth’s debut issue, with the pair taking the photographs of each other themselves. The issue is scheduled to hit newsstands on September 15.
