Kylie Jenner has cut the asking price of one of the most expensive homes in her Los Angeles real-estate portfolio.

Robb Report said the Kylie Cosmetics founder has relisted her Holmby Hills mansion for $38.5 million, down $9.5 million from the $48 million price it carried when it first hit the market in December.

Jenner bought the modern compound for $36.5 million in 2020.

The Holmby Hills estate was previously listed for $48 million before returning to the market at $38.5 million with new photographs and updated marketing language.

Daily Mail reported that the revised listing arrived with fresh images meant to emphasize the scale, privacy and resort-style features of the compound.

At nearly $40 million, the home still requires a narrow pool of ultra-wealthy buyers looking for privacy, space and a fully equipped celebrity compound in one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive neighborhoods.

The Holmby Hills Estate Was Built for Privacy

The property sits on North Mapleton Drive in Holmby Hills and spans roughly 15,300 square feet. The estate includes a main residence, two guest apartments, a guardhouse and a separate gym building.

The listing describes the home as a sanctuary for a buyer who wants privacy and wellness amenities. The property is set behind tall gates and a large perimeter wall, giving it the feel of a self-contained compound rather than a traditional mansion.

Separate guest and staff accommodations, secured entry points and extensive parking make the estate better suited to a public figure or high-profile buyer than to a typical luxury-home purchaser.

The Mansion Includes Resort-Style Amenities

The home has seven bedrooms and a long list of entertainment and wellness features. Inside, the property includes a home theater, custom bar, chef’s kitchen and a children’s playroom with an indoor slide.

The primary suite occupies its own private wing and includes a den, kitchenette, multiple fireplaces and outdoor living space. The layout gives the suite a separate-residence feel within the larger home.

Outdoor amenities include a zero-edge swimming pool, professional pickleball court, basketball court and commercial-grade outdoor kitchen. The property also includes covered and garage parking designed to support staff, guests and large gatherings.

Jenner Is Also Selling Her Hidden Hills Home

The Holmby Hills mansion is not the only Los Angeles-area property Jenner has been trying to unload. Her longtime Hidden Hills home is also on the market after receiving its own multimillion-dollar price reduction.

Jenner bought that home in 2016 for $12.05 million. People reported that she first listed it for $20.25 million in March before cutting the price to $17.99 million about a month later.

The Hidden Hills residence spans more than 13,000 square feet and includes eight bedrooms, a theater, game room, gym, massage room, office, guest residence and resort-style outdoor areas.
