Prince William and Princess Kate have gathered several months of family milestones and public engagements into a new social media recap featuring Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

The Prince and Princess of Wales posted the Instagram collection on July 28 under the title “The Summer Rewind,” thanking everyone who had made the previous few months special.

William and Kate have continued using the annual portraits to acknowledge well-wishers while otherwise limiting their children’s exposure to public attention.

One of the most prominent images shows William and Kate lying barefoot on the grass with George, Charlotte and Louis. The family’s two English cocker spaniels, Orla and Otto, appear beside them.

The photograph was first released on April 29 to celebrate William and Kate’s 15th wedding anniversary. The carousel’s caption remained equally simple: “The Summer Rewind. Thank you to everyone who has made the last few months so special!”

The collection also includes the individual portraits released for each of the Wales children’s birthdays. Louis turned 8 on April 23, Charlotte celebrated her 11th birthday on May 2 and George became a teenager on July 22.

George’s latest portrait shows him smiling in a navy suit and open-collar white shirt with his hands in his pockets. Photographer Matt Porteous took the image at Kensington Palace shortly after Trooping the Colour in June.

Kate carried out her responsibilities as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, attending both championship finals and presenting trophies to the winners.

George and Charlotte joined their parents for the men’s singles final on July 12. Louis did not attend the tournament, although Kate later said her youngest child had been practicing as a ball boy at home and hoped to visit Wimbledon in the future.
