King Harris was trying to help his younger brother learn how to park. The lesson ended with him wearing a leg brace and using a crutch.
The 21-year-old son of T.I. and Tameka “Tiny” Harris appeared in a video helping his younger brother Major Harris, 18, maneuver an Audi after Major recently got his driver’s license. King stood in front of another parked vehicle while directing him.
Major slowly rolled the Audi forward and pinned King between the two cars. King reacted in pain before walking away, and later footage showed him using a crutch with a brace around his injured leg.
The family quickly turned the mishap into the kind of social-media moment that sits somewhere between painful and funny.
The Accident Happened During a Parking Lesson

PEOPLE reported that Major had recently received his driver’s license when King helped him practice parking. In the video, Major carefully moved the Audi toward a parking space while King stood near the front of another vehicle and used his hands to guide his younger brother. The Audi continued forward until King was briefly trapped between the two vehicles.
King cried out as the cars came together, then managed to walk away. Family members, including T.I., could be heard reacting behind the camera as King limped away.
Later footage showed King arriving at a gym with a cane or crutch while his left knee was wrapped in a black brace. Complex also reported that King posted an image of his visibly swollen knee to Instagram Stories.
The Song Choice Made the Clip Even More Absurd
King and his older brother Domani Harris shared the video jointly on Instagram, according to PEOPLE. They paired it with Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud,” using the portion of the song about someone’s legs no longer working as they once did.
The caption pushed the joke further, teasing that King might have to perform with a cane at an upcoming South Carolina show. “Looks like King might be performing with a cane for the SC show,” the brothers wrote. PEOPLE reported that they were referring to a stop on King and Domani’s ongoing Forever Lasting tour.
King Said the Accident Was Not Staged for Content
Some viewers questioned whether the video had been staged because of how neatly the mishap, music and later injury footage came together. King pushed back on that idea through Instagram Stories.
Complex reported that he reshared the video and joked that people apparently thought it had been created for content, adding that he simply knew how to make the situation look good. Complex reported that King posted a photograph showing the swelling after the accident.
The Harris Family Has Shared Plenty of Life in Public
King and Major are part of T.I. and Tiny’s large blended family, much of whose life has unfolded publicly through music, reality television and social media. T.I., whose real name is Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., shares sons Messiah and Domani with Lashon Dixon and daughter Deyjah with Ranniqua Brannum.
Tiny became a mother in 1996 when she welcomed daughter Zonnique Pullins with Zonnie Pullins. Tiny and T.I., who married in 2010, later welcomed King, Major and daughter Heiress together.
That family history has often mixed private milestones with public entertainment. Their home life became a major part of T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle, and several of the children have since built public identities of their own. King and Domani both perform music, while Major has generally had a lower entertainment profile than some of his older siblings.
Major Recently Had Another Big Milestone
The driving lesson came only months after Major celebrated his high school graduation. Tiny marked the occasion in May with an Instagram post celebrating her youngest son’s graduation from Woodward Academy.
PEOPLE reported that Major graduated with honors. Tiny wrote that she was proud to see him make it through the milestone and said the entire graduating class of 288 students had received scholarships.
She also referenced T.I.’s late sister Precious Harris in the tribute, writing that Precious would have been overjoyed to see Major graduate with honors. Complex reported that Major also accepted a scholarship to the Savannah College of Art and Design.
