Alix Earle’s next entertainment move may take her from TikTok, reality TV, and magazine covers into Benson Boone’s music-video world.

The influencer and media personality has reportedly been tapped for Boone’s upcoming video for “The Time of My Life.” TMZ reported that sources with direct knowledge said Boone personally asked Earle to appear in the video, and that she agreed to be part of the project.

Her Role Is Still Being Kept Quiet

The biggest missing detail is what Earle will actually do in the video.

TMZ reported that cameras are expected to roll soon and that her exact role is being kept under wraps. The outlet did add that Earle is expected to have a significant part, not a quick blink-and-miss-it cameo.

That makes the casting more interesting than a standard influencer appearance. Boone and Earle already crossed paths at last year’s American Music Awards, according to TMZ, and the new video now appears to turn that public overlap into a bigger pop-culture pairing.

The Teaser Had Already Started Fan Speculation

Boone’s fans had already noticed something unusual before TMZ’s report landed.

A teaser for “The Time of My Life” appeared to include Earle’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover, which made people wonder whether the reference was random or part of a larger rollout.

The fan account Benson Boone Access noted that Earle had reposted the teaser and that her Sports Illustrated cover was featured in it. TMZ later framed that detail as a breadcrumb pointing toward her involvement in the video.

The Casting Fits Earle’s Bigger Career Push

Earle has spent the last few years expanding beyond short-form social media.

She competed on Dancing With the Stars, landed a 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover, and has a Netflix reality series, Earle Meets World, on the way.

People reported that Earle was one of four 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover stars, alongside Hilary Duff, Tiffany Haddish, and Nicole Williams English. The cover gave her another mainstream-media moment after years of building an audience through TikTok, podcasting, brand deals, and reality TV.

This Would Not Be Her First Music-Video Crossover

Earle has already appeared in a major pop video.

In 2024, The Kid LAROI released the video for “Girls,” with Earle appearing in the cast. Sony Music’s release for the song described the video as co-starring Earle and nodding to late 1990s and early 2000s MTV-era visuals.

The Boone project would put her back in a similar lane, but with a different kind of pop rollout. Instead of simply appearing in a cameo-heavy party video, TMZ says Earle is expected to have a significant role.

Boone Is Coming Off a Big Visual Era

Boone’s own video strategy has become part of his pop identity.

His official site currently highlights American Heart as his new album and lists recent official videos including “Mr. Electric Blue,” “Momma Song,” “Mystical Magical,” and “Sorry I’m Here for Someone Else.”

“Mr. Electric Blue” also showed Boone leaning into self-aware pop-star storytelling, including jokes about criticism and the “one-hit wonder” label. A new video with Earle would continue that push to make his visuals part of the conversation, not just an add-on to the song.

The Video Already Has a Built-In Audience

For now, the public details are still limited.

TMZ says Earle is set for a significant role, the video is for “The Time of My Life,” and filming is expected soon. Boone and Earle have not yet revealed the character, storyline, or release plan for the full video.

That is enough to make the project feel like a crossover before the first full frame is out. Boone brings the song and the pop rollout. Earle brings an audience already trained to read clues, reposts, covers, and career moves in real time.
