Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet will reportedly attend a private British prep school costing more than $35,000 per year, although its name is being kept out of public reporting.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle enrolled Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, ahead of the new school term after moving back to Britain with their children in August. According to Page Six, annual tuition at the school exceeds $35,000.
The publication says the private campus includes indoor and outdoor sports facilities, science laboratories and dedicated music and arts spaces. Harry and Meghan reportedly considered multiple schools before making their decision.
The couple has not publicly identified the school. The children’s education is one area of the family’s return that Harry and Meghan have kept particularly private, including their decision not to release traditional first day photographs.
The School’s Name Is Staying Private
The new tuition information gives a clearer picture of the type of education Harry and Meghan have selected without identifying where Archie and Lilibet will spend their school days.
The couple has not released the school’s name, and major reporting about the family’s return has also withheld the children’s exact educational location.
The New York Times reported in August that Archie and Lilibet had been enrolled in Britain but that Harry and Meghan had not disclosed the school. The newspaper also noted that the couple has consistently sought to limit public attention around their children’s daily lives.

Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield said families at one school received a message explaining that some pupils can attract unusual public or media interest. The communication emphasized maintaining a “safe, happy, and private environment,” according to InStyle.
Parents and carers were reportedly reminded not to photograph or film other children without permission and not to share information about pupils or their families on social media.
The school that distributed the message is not the school Archie and Lilibet are expected to attend, according to the original Page Six report. The notice therefore reflects increased attention in the community rather than a confirmed policy created specifically by the Sussex children’s own school.
Archie and Lilibet Are Beginning School After the Family’s Return to Britain
Harry, Meghan, Archie and Lilibet arrived in Britain on August 26 after spending the past six years primarily based in California.
Archie was born in Britain in May 2019 and spent his earliest months there before the family moved to North America. Lilibet was born in California in June 2021.
The family is expected to spend an extended period in Britain rather than immediately abandon its life in the United States. Harry and Meghan are retaining their Montecito home while the children settle into school.
