Blueface reportedly has a new California address, and the timing lands alongside a major change in his family.

The rapper recently moved into a $2.25 million gated property in Moorpark, California, according to TMZ. Sources familiar with the sale told the outlet that the home spans more than 5,000 square feet, with five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, mountain views and a four-car garage.

News of the purchase surfaced roughly two weeks after Blueface and Nevaeh Akira welcomed their first child together. Their son, Johnathan Jamall Porter Jr., was born Aug. 18 after Blueface learned during a livestream that Akira was in labor and headed to the hospital.

There was some ceremony around the new house, too. Blueface arrived at the property in a Maybach Sprinter accompanied by members of the real estate team, then received a custom gold key that he wore around his neck.

Blueface’s New Home Comes With More Than 5,000 Square Feet

The Moorpark property is a substantial step up from the California home Blueface previously put on the market. TMZ’s sources place the new residence at more than 5,000 square feet, with five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, mountain views and room for four cars in the garage.

Christian Crane of Agents of LA represented Blueface in the purchase. The firm’s own profile for Crane lists Blueface among the celebrity clients she has previously represented, and she also handled the rapper’s Canyon Country listing.

Former Death Row Records producer and real estate investor Eric “C-Style” Yokoyama joined Blueface and Crane when the rapper arrived at the new property. TMZ reports that Stratos provided the Maybach Sprinter that brought him there.

Agents of LA marked the occasion with a custom gold key featuring Jesus Christ. Photographs supplied with TMZ’s report show Blueface wearing the oversized key around his neck after arriving at the home.

Blueface and Nevaeh Akira welcomed Johnathan Jamall Porter Jr. on Aug. 18. iHeartRadio reported that Blueface learned Akira’s labor was progressing while he was livestreaming and went to the hospital to be with her.

The couple later appeared together with their newborn in footage from the hospital, while Akira publicly confirmed his name. Johnathan Jr. is their first child together.

Blueface Had Already Listed His Canyon Country House for $1.25 Million

The Moorpark move follows another real estate decision from Blueface. He listed his Canyon Country property for $1.25 million earlier this year with Crane.

That home measures 4,303 square feet and contains five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Real estate records also list a two-car garage, compared with the four-car garage TMZ reports at the new Moorpark property.

The Canyon Country house became recognizable through Blueface’s online content and livestreams over the years. TMZ reported when it hit the market that the 2018-built property also contained a media room, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit and several personalized features associated with the rapper.

Tai Savet Teased Another Real Estate Show

Agents of LA owner Tai Savet was also present for Blueface’s arrival at the Moorpark property. Savet previously created VH1’s Love & Listings, a reality series centered on Los Angeles real estate agents working with celebrity clients.

His appearance came with a hint that another television project could eventually emerge from the real estate world around the transaction. Savet stopped well short of announcing a show, however, and no network, title, cast or production schedule has been revealed. “We might just see another real estate show inspired by this world coming to the urban market,” Savet told TMZ.
