Janel Parrish and Sasha Farber have taken their relationship from Instagram hints to the red carpet.

The Pretty Little Liars alum and the Dancing with the Stars pro made their red carpet debut as a couple at the 33rd Annual Race to Erase MS Gala in Los Angeles on June 5. People reported that the pair arrived in coordinated monochromatic white looks, with Parrish wearing a silk slip dress and Farber choosing a linen suit.

Parrish and Farber did not use the event for a dramatic fashion reveal. Their matching white outfits gave the debut a clean, coordinated look while keeping the attention on their first major public appearance as a couple.

The Race to Erase MS Gala also gave the debut a meaningful setting. The annual Los Angeles event raises money for multiple sclerosis research and treatment, and has long drawn celebrities, advocates, and donors.

The Romance Went Public in April

Farber publicly confirmed the relationship in April with an Instagram post featuring affectionate photos of the two together. The post included date-night moments, selfies, and glimpses of the couple spending time off the dance floor.

Page Six reported that Farber captioned the carousel, “April has been amazing,” shortly before Parrish and her estranged husband, Chris Long, jointly filed to dissolve their marriage. Parrish and Long had been married for more than seven years and did not share children.

Parrish’s Divorce Has Since Been Settled

The timing of Parrish’s new romance drew attention because it unfolded close to her divorce filing. The court timeline is separate from the relationship’s public debut, and Parrish and Long handled the split as an uncontested dissolution.

People later reported that Parrish and Long reached a divorce settlement in Los Angeles County court on May 21. That update closed one chapter of Parrish’s personal life as her relationship with Farber became more visible.

The DWTS Connection Goes Back Years

Parrish and Farber’s link is not brand-new to longtime Dancing with the Stars viewers. Parrish competed on Season 19 of the show in 2014, though she was partnered with Val Chmerkovskiy rather than Farber.

That history gives the relationship a familiar Hollywood path: two people who moved in the same entertainment orbit for years before their connection became romantic. Farber has remained one of the franchise’s recognizable pros, while Parrish has continued working across television, film, stage, and music.

Parrish Has Spoken Warmly About Farber

In May, Parrish told People that Farber is “the sweetest” and described him as someone who brings “love and light” into the lives of people around him. She also praised his cooking, saying he often made full meals for her after long filming days.

Those comments gave the relationship more texture than a quick Instagram reveal. Parrish spoke about everyday care: meals after work, kindness, and the way Farber shows up for people close to him.

The Red Carpet Made It Official in Front of Cameras

The Race to Erase MS Gala was the couple’s first traditional Hollywood couple signal: arriving together, dressing in the same color palette, and posing in front of photographers.

For Parrish, the appearance came after her divorce settlement with Long. For Farber, it followed his own post-divorce chapter after his marriage to fellow DWTS pro Emma Slater. Their latest step was simple but public: one Instagram-confirmed romance, now standing together on a red carpet.
