Jennifer Meyer and Geoff Ogunlesi are reportedly preparing to marry in Hawaii this weekend, shortly after a court judgment ended her marriage to Tobey Maguire.
The jewelry designer, 49, and music executive, 34, have been engaged for more than two years. Page Six reported their wedding plans on October 9.
Meyer is the daughter of longtime Hollywood executive Ron Meyer, while Ogunlesi’s father is investor Adebayo Ogunlesi, the founder of Global Infrastructure Partners.
The couple also became parents together earlier this year. Their daughter joins Meyer’s two older children from her marriage to Maguire.
The Wedding Is Reportedly Planned for Four Seasons Lanai
Meyer and Ogunlesi have chosen the Four Seasons Resort Lanai for the ceremony, according to Page Six. The outlet also reports that celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss organized the celebration.
Leonardo DiCaprio, Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos were expected on the island, the report said. Their attendance at the wedding has not been confirmed.
Hawaii was the setting for Meyer’s first wedding, too. She and Maguire married in Kona on the Big Island in 2007, choosing a different island from the one reportedly hosting her upcoming ceremony.
Meyer and Maguire Are Legally Single, With Other Divorce Issues Unresolved

An October 1 court filing confirmed that Meyer and Maguire’s marital status had been terminated. Us Weekly, which obtained the documents, reported that the ruling restored both to single status while leaving other legal matters to be resolved separately.
The former couple announced their separation in October 2016 after nine years of marriage. Meyer filed for divorce in 2020, and Maguire submitted his response in July 2025.
They share daughter Ruby, 19, and son Otis, 17. Throughout their separation, Meyer has spoken about keeping the children at the center of their decisions and maintaining a close relationship with Maguire.

Meyer and Ogunlesi were first linked in summer 2023 and made their red carpet debut at the Baby2Baby Gala that November. She announced their engagement on August 31, 2024, sharing a photograph of them embracing beside a restaurant table decorated with candles and flowers. A diamond ring was visible on her left hand, and a jewelry box sat on a plate.
“YES!!!” Meyer captioned the announcement. When a commenter admired the ring, the designer credited Ogunlesi with arranging everything: “It was alllll him! Total surprise.”
Ogunlesi founded The Ogunlesi Group, a Los Angeles entertainment and talent management company, in 2022. He previously worked at Warner Music Group and 300 Entertainment, according to PEOPLE.

Meyer shared the baby’s arrival publicly on Father’s Day, June 21, posting a photograph of Ogunlesi holding their newborn. The little girl is his first child and Meyer’s third. “A perfect month with our perfect baby girl,” she wrote. “We love you the most.”
Before the birth, Meyer described her life as a “fairytale experience” during a May interview with PEOPLE. She praised Ogunlesi’s positive outlook and spoke about feeling grateful to be having another child with someone she loved.
She also explained that she and Maguire continued to travel together and share holidays and birthdays. Ogunlesi had become close to her former husband, too. “And Geoff loves him and he loves Geoff. And so everything just works,” Meyer said.
