Kaley Cuoco gave fans another small look at her second pregnancy during a busy New York City trip.
The actress shared a new Instagram photo dump from what she called a “magical week with my baby,” including theater outings, time with friends, naps, rain, heat and a glimpse of her bare baby bump.
PEOPLE reported that Cuoco posted the carousel on July 5 while pregnant with her second child, another daughter with fiancé Tom Pelphrey.
Cuoco Showed Her Growing Bump

One photo showed Cuoco in a bed selfie, makeup-free, wearing a blue-and-black spotted T-shirt pulled up slightly to reveal her bump. Another picture showed her cradling her bump in a red-and-white floral dress while standing in what appeared to be an elevator.
The carousel also included selfies with Pelphrey, theater stops, time with friends, a hand resting on her bump and a “Pregnant Girl Summer” T-shirt with a duck in a bikini.
She Laughed About the Messy Parts of Pregnancy
In her caption, Cuoco joked about running around the city, dealing with record-breaking heat, visiting Pelphrey at work, living through a power outage, ordering room service and laughing so hard she peed more than once.
PEOPLE reported that the photo dump came shortly after Cuoco’s red carpet appearance at the Los Angeles premiere of HBO’s Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Unhappiness, where she posed while cradling her baby bump.
She and Tom Pelphrey Are Expecting Another Girl
PEOPLE reported in June that Cuoco and Pelphrey are expecting their second child together, another baby girl. The couple already share daughter Matilda, who is 3.
Cuoco announced the pregnancy with a family post that included a sprinkle-covered cake with pink inside. She wrote that the new baby would complete their little family and joked that Pelphrey is a “girl dad for life.”
The announcement also included a sonogram image, family photos and a caption from Cuoco about being grateful for the moment after a “windier” second pregnancy journey.
The Baby Is Coming Before the Wedding
Cuoco and Pelphrey got engaged in August 2024, but they have not rushed into wedding planning. In a previous PEOPLE interview, Cuoco said they might have another child before the wedding and joked that they were going “way out of order.”
The couple welcomed Matilda in March 2023, got engaged the next year and are now preparing for their second daughter before walking down the aisle.
