Adam Sandler kept his marriage advice for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce very simple.
The actor officiated the couple’s July 3 wedding at Madison Square Garden, and Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid later shared the advice Sandler gave during the ceremony.
PEOPLE reported that Sandler’s message to the newlyweds came down to two words: “keep kissing.”
Reid repeated the advice during an event in Salt Lake City after attending the wedding with his wife, Tammy.

Reid praised Sandler’s role in the ceremony, saying the actor did a “phenomenal” job and mixed humor with a real message for the couple.
Sandler has been married to Jackie Sandler since 2003, and they share two daughters, Sunny and Sadie, so the advice, although simple, is very well thought out.
Entertainment Weekly reported that Reid recalled Sandler telling Swift and Kelce to “keep kissing.” Reid then agreed with the idea, saying it is hard for a couple to argue when they are showing affection.
The Chiefs coach also turned the advice into his own quick marriage rule. He said couples should take every chance they have to kiss because, in his view, that simple habit can prevent a lot of problems.
Sandler Was an Unexpected Wedding Pick
Sandler officiating the wedding became one of the biggest surprises from the ceremony. PEOPLE previously reported that Swift and Kelce tapped Sandler to officiate their black-tie wedding at Madison Square Garden.
Kelce appeared in Happy Gilmore 2, Sandler’s sequel to his 1996 golf comedy, and Sandler has spoken warmly about Swift and Kelce in past interviews.
