Kendall Jenner is reportedly keeping her rumored romance with Jacob Elordi low-key, even as new sightings keep pulling the pair into celebrity-couple coverage.
A source told Page Six that Jenner is “crazy” about Elordi but does not want to push him too quickly into the Kardashian-Jenner spotlight.
“She’s not rushing to throw him into the Kardashian machine,” the source said, according to the outlet. “Very few men survive that.”
The report followed People publishing photos of Jenner and Elordi walking a dog together in Byron Bay, Australia, near the actor’s home state of Queensland.
Jenner Is Reportedly Keeping the Romance Private
Page Six reported that Jenner is serious about Elordi but wants to avoid the pressure that can come with dating inside her famous family’s orbit.
The outlet’s source described Elordi as “the first guy she has been crazy about in years” and said Jenner is deliberately avoiding a fast public rollout.
People reported in May that Jenner and Elordi were “not trying to turn this into some big public thing” while spending time together in private settings. A source told the outlet then that they were still figuring things out naturally.
Their Australia Trip Added to the Rumors

Jenner and Elordi were photographed in Byron Bay while walking Elordi’s dog, Layla. Both kept the outing casual in bright raincoats, dark pants, sunglasses and head coverings.
The Australia sighting followed earlier stops in Japan and Hawaii. People reported that the pair visited Udon Shin in Tokyo, spent time together in Hawaii and had already drawn attention after being seen talking at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in March and again during Coachella in April.
Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet Have Spent Time With Them
Jenner and Elordi have also been linked to another high-profile couple. People reported in May that Kendall and Elordi were seen in Los Angeles with Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet.
A source told People that the two couples “all really get along” and have similar personalities and lifestyles. The outlet reported that Chalamet and Elordi already knew each other from award-season events before Kendall and Elordi’s rumored romance began drawing wider attention.
People also reported in June that Kylie and Chalamet, who have been dating since 2023, are “in a great place.” That report again noted that Kendall and Elordi had spent time with them.
