Kim Delaney’s husband, James Morgan, was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport after alleged disturbances during a Delta flight from Detroit.
Law-enforcement sources told TMZ that Morgan was booked for public intoxication after the aircraft landed Monday. He and the NYPD Blue actress allegedly argued during the flight, and Morgan was reportedly involved in a separate incident with a flight attendant.
Delta confirmed that law enforcement met the aircraft after it arrived in Los Angeles. The airline said the incident did not disrupt the operation of the flight. “Delta has zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first,” a spokesperson told TMZ.
The report did not specify whether either encounter was verbal or physical, and no injuries were reported.
Morgan Was Arrested After a February Disturbance
The LAX arrest follows another incident involving Morgan earlier this year. On Feb. 8, Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies responded to at least three calls concerning a noise complaint and a verbal disturbance in a public area outside the couple’s Marina del Rey apartment building.
A sheriff’s representative told People that Morgan refused to cooperate with the investigation. He was arrested on suspicion of obstructing or delaying an officer, booked on a misdemeanor count and later cited and released. The available reporting does not indicate whether prosecutors filed a case arising from the February incident.
Prosecutors Declined Charges After Their 2025 Arrests
Delaney and Morgan were both arrested following an alleged domestic dispute in March 2025. Delaney was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, while Morgan was booked on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence.
Three days later, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office declined to file charges against either person because of insufficient evidence, according to the Los Angeles Times.
