Pinnock captioned the Instagram video, “As one chapter ends, another begins,” and set the post to her song “Heaven.”
E! News also reported that Pinnock shared the pregnancy news herself through the studio clip that begins with close-up shots before pulling back as she walks toward a microphone, puts on headphones and reveals her baby bump.
Pinnock has not publicly shared a due date or the baby’s sex.
The Baby Will Join Pinnock’s Twin Daughters
Pinnock and Gray welcomed their twin daughters in 2021. The couple has chosen not to publicly reveal the girls’ names or faces, a boundary Pinnock has discussed in previous interviews.
In a February interview with People, Pinnock said online toxicity helped confirm her decision to protect her daughters’ privacy. She said she wants them to be able to decide later whether they want to be visible publicly.
She still shares small glimpses of her family life with fans, such as featuring her daughters’ voices at the end of the track “Heaven.”
“Heaven” Added Another Layer to the Reveal
In the February People interview, Pinnock described “Heaven” as especially meaningful and said she cries when she listens to it.
The track closes My Ego Told Me To, which Pinnock has described as a project shaped by personal and professional challenges.
Pinnock rose to fame as a member of Little Mix, the British girl group behind songs including “Black Magic,” “Wings” and “Shout Out to My Ex.” Since the group went on hiatus, she has been developing her solo career.
