Margot Robbie is spending plenty of time in front of cameras in Paris right now, but her latest photographed appearance had nothing to do with an elaborate heist. The actress stepped out with husband Tom Ackerley for an evening together after another day working on the upcoming Ocean’s Eleven prequel.
The couple was photographed in rainy Paris on August 19, with Just Jared reporting that they left their hotel and headed out for an early dinner. Robbie wore a sparkling dark top with a coordinating skirt and black boots, while Ackerley kept his look casual in a brown suede jacket and jeans.
A closer look at Robbie’s outfit revealed several more distinctive details. Vogue identified her accessories as a quilted black Chanel 25 shoulder bag and a black umbrella edged in lime green from Le Bristol, the luxury Paris hotel.
The outing came during an unusually busy stretch for both Robbie and Ackerley. Robbie is starring opposite Bradley Cooper in the new Ocean’s movie, while she and Ackerley are also among the producers behind the Warner Bros. project through LuckyChap.

Vogue described Robbie’s outfit in greater detail as a sheer, beaded black camisole paired with a silky coordinating neck scarf and fitted gray pencil skirt. She finished the look with calf-length black leather cowboy boots and the Chanel 25 shoulder bag she has worn repeatedly.
The Le Bristol umbrella became an unexpected accessory as Robbie and Ackerley made their way through the wet Paris streets. Her blonde bob was worn straight and glossy with a deep side part, while dark red nails provided one of the few noticeable color accents.
The latest outfit follows several other off-duty looks Robbie has worn during her extended Paris stay. Vogue previously highlighted a sculpted black corset top and matching skirt she wore on another night out, along with lighter summer pieces during the city’s hotter weather, including a white Chanel shirt, a yellow camisole-and-slip set and denim shorts.
The Date Night Came After Another Day on the ‘Ocean’s’ Set
Robbie had been working earlier that day with Cooper and Monica Barbaro on the still-untitled Ocean’s Eleven prequel. Set photographs published on August 19 showed Robbie and Cooper together in costume as production continued in Paris.
The film goes back decades before George Clooney’s Danny Ocean assembled his Las Vegas crew. Robbie revealed at CinemaCon that the story follows Danny’s parents, two experienced thieves pulling off what she called an “epic heist” around the 1962 Monaco Grand Prix.
Variety confirmed that Cooper wrote the screenplay and is directing and producing in addition to starring. The cast also includes Wagner Moura, Monica Barbaro and Josh Gad, while Just Jared reports that George MacKay, Omar Sy and Vicky Krieps are also part of the ensemble. Warner Bros. has scheduled the movie for theatrical release on June 25, 2027.
Tom Ackerley Is Part of the Movie Behind the Camera
Ackerley’s presence in Paris is connected to more than Robbie’s filming schedule. He is among the producers behind the Ocean’s prequel through LuckyChap, the production company he built with Robbie and their producing partners.
Variety identifies LuckyChap as one of the companies producing alongside Cooper, with Ackerley, Robbie, Josey McNamara and Milan Popelka among the figures leading the company.
Robbie and Ackerley have already worked together behind the scenes on projects including I, Tonya, Barbie and Saltburn. Their latest production now has them based in Paris while Robbie takes one of the central roles on screen.
