Matty Healy and Gabbriette attended Jesse Jo Stark’s MUSE release party in Los Angeles on November 6, Just Jared reported.
The outing came nearly four months after the frontman of The 1975 and the model-musician married. Stark had been among the guests at their ceremony, which brought together friends from the music and fashion industries.
The singer’s second studio album contains 13 tracks, including “beautiful goodbye,” “the raven” and “colorado.” It follows her 2022 debut, DOOMED, and arrives through her Deadly Doll imprint’s partnership with BMG.
The release follows another change in Stark’s music career. WME signed her for worldwide representation, as Pollstar reported in October. Alongside recording and performing, she works as a co-creative director and designer at Chrome Hearts.
Healy and Gabbriette Chose Black for the Release Party
Healy, 37, wore a black coat with blue jeans and dark shoes. Gabbriette, 29, paired a black dress with layered necklaces and pointed black shoes, carrying a small bag as they approached the event together.
Gabbriette’s connection to music extends beyond her marriage. Before becoming widely known for modeling and cooking videos, she fronted Nasty Cherry, the band formed by Charli XCX. Charli and her husband, Healy’s bandmate George Daniel, also attended the couple’s wedding.

The couple exchanged vows on July 18 at Castillo del Lago, a Spanish Colonial Revival mansion in the Hollywood Hills once owned by Madonna. Their representatives confirmed the marriage to PEOPLE, describing a private ceremony attended by family and close friends.
Gabbriette’s bridal wardrobe came from Matières Fécales. Her white ceremony gown featured a sculpted silk-taffeta bodice, a tiered bustle and a long train. For the after-party, she changed into a two-piece lamb-leather suit with tulle and fur detailing, according to THE WED.
She and Healy were first photographed together in September 2023 and announced their engagement in June 2024. Speaking before the wedding for an August Harper’s Bazaar profile, Gabbriette said she did not expect marriage to dramatically change their relationship. “I feel like I’ve already met my best friend,” she said.
Stark Wrote MUSE During Three Weeks in Colorado
Stark left Los Angeles for Aspen while working through a difficult period in her personal life. The three-week writing trip gave her space to approach the songs without a fixed idea of what she would make. “It was the time to speak without boundary,” she said in a statement published by The Line of Best Fit.
The album’s title grew out of her interest in mythology and the women who became muses for rock musicians. “I think women are admired and desired, but not always heard,” she told Harper’s Bazaar in its November 6 interview.
For the recording, she moved toward country and Americana, with less elaborate vocal production than on her previous album. She described resisting attempts to impose a particular visual style on the project, allowing the secluded setting and the songs to guide its presentation instead.
Erik Ellington Appears in the Age of Being Honest Video
Stark accompanied the album with the official video for “age of being honest,” featuring professional skateboarder Erik Ellington. Indiana420 and Josephine Meng directed the visual, which follows her mounting frustration while a male figure remains emotionally distant.
As CR Fashion Book describes, Stark destroys objects around her and eventually climbs walls and fences. Ellington’s character frequently stays near the edges of the frame, separated from the turmoil she is expressing.
Stark and the directors assembled the wardrobe from her own clothes and vintage pieces. “We wanted very delicate feminine pieces to complement the chaos,” she told the publication. They even matched one of her blue slips to Ellington’s eyes.
