Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli are back in front of the same camera after a round of Off Campus feud speculation followed the costars into production on Season 2.
The actors appeared side by side in a new video from the show’s set, thanking viewers for the response to the first season and teasing what is coming next. The clip arrived after fans noticed that Cameli had deleted or archived numerous Instagram posts featuring Bright, prompting questions about whether something had changed between them, as E! News reported.
Neither Bright nor Cameli directly mentioned the rumors or explained the Instagram changes. Instead, they smiled through the short message, talked about filming the next season and ended by blowing kisses toward the camera.
Bright and Cameli are working together again as Hannah Wells and Garrett Graham while Off Campus shifts its central romance to a different couple for Season 2.

“Hi, everyone. It’s Ella and Belmont from Off Campus,” Bright said at the beginning of the clip. Cameli thanked viewers for the response to the show’s May debut, saying the cast had been overwhelmed by the reception. “You guys made it what it is, and we genuinely cannot thank you enough,” he said.
Bright then confirmed that production was underway. “We’re back filming season two right now and we cannot wait for you to see what’s coming,” she said. “Trust us, it’s gonna be worth the wait.” The clip was posted across the show’s social channels, with the X version appearing Sept. 8.

The speculation began in late August after fans noticed that Cameli had deleted or archived a substantial amount of Off Campus-related material from his Instagram grid, including multiple posts that featured Bright during the show’s promotional run.
Other content featuring Bright remained visible, and Cosmopolitan noted that Cameli’s Reels still included several clips from their Off Campus press tour.
Bright also included Cameli among cast members in a Vancouver photo dump posted Sept. 7, shortly before the joint set video circulated.
Bright Had Called Cameli One of Her ‘Best Friends’ Before the Speculation
Bright’s public descriptions of Cameli before the Instagram chatter painted their off-camera relationship as close but firmly platonic. “When we spend that much time together on set, it is very, very easy to just become so close,” she told Vanity Fair in May. “He’s one of my best friends.”
She was even more explicit during a July appearance on In Your Dreams With Owen Thiele after being asked about fans who wanted the onscreen couple to date in real life.
“That’s literally my brother,” Bright said. “I love him so much.” She also pointed out that Cameli is dating television writer Raina Morris, whom Bright called “my angel on Earth.”
Season 2 Is Moving Allie and Dean Into the Spotlight
Prime Video’s official series guide says Season 2 will spotlight Allie Hayes, played by Mika Abdalla, and Dean Di Laurentis, played by Stephen Kalyn. The shift follows the structure of Elle Kennedy’s book series, which moves between different relationships within the Briar University group.
The new season is also adding India Fowler as Grace Ivers, Phillipa Soo as theater director Scarlett and Shay Rudolph as Dean’s sister Summer Di Laurentis.
Amazon says the first season reached 36 million viewers worldwide during its first 12 days, becoming Prime Video’s third-most-viewed debut season at that point behind only The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power and Fallout.
