Olivia Attwood has made another apparent reference to Emily Rose Moloney after previously writing about a “bit on the side” and a “professional bench warmer” amid the fallout from her relationship with Bradley Dack.
The former Love Island contestant reacted to a TikTok comparing women named Emily with women named Olivia, leaving a brief comment days after Dack was photographed spending time with Moloney.
Attwood did not name Moloney or explicitly state that her reaction concerned Dack.

The TikTok carried the caption, “You’re either an Emily or an Olivia and I know who I’d rather be.” Attwood appeared in the comment section with “OMG” and a crying emoji, according to The Sun.
Dack had recently been photographed with Moloney, whom he knew before his long-running relationship with Attwood. The photographs showed Dack and Moloney walking together and returning to a London property. Their appearance followed reports earlier in the year that they had reconnected.
A representative for Moloney previously denied that she was in a relationship with Dack and said she had not been involved with him while he was with Attwood.
She Previously Mentioned a ‘Professional Bench Warmer’
Attwood’s TikTok reaction followed a more pointed series of Instagram Stories about the years she spent with Dack. “I have definitely beat up myself over my poor judgement over the past decade,” she wrote. “But I guess I could have spent 10 years as the bit on the side / professional bench warmer … so silver linings I guess.”
Attwood did not identify the person she was describing. The message appeared shortly after Dack and Moloney were photographed together. She later added, “They all want their 10 minutes now,” before accusing unnamed people of becoming caught in “their own web of lies.”
“All you have to do is sit back and wait,” Attwood wrote. “Took seven months of people trying to make me think I was crazy and they are all coming out of the woodwork now.” She ended the message with a rat emoji.
Attwood Threatened to Release ‘Messy’ Screenshots
Attwood subsequently told followers that she was preparing to share screenshots connected to the situation. “Guys I’m about to get soooo messy,” she wrote. “Are you ready?”
A second post read, “Screen shot time.” The promised material never appeared. Attwood later explained in a video that her management team had persuaded her to stop. “So the screenshots are on pause because my manager wants me to be the ‘bigger person,’” she said, using air quotes.
She Says She Is Still Processing the End of the Relationship
Attwood later addressed the episode in another TikTok, explaining that she had businesses and television projects to manage despite declaring it a “messy girl summer.”
She said she had “so much happiness” in her life but was continuing to process the end of a relationship that lasted more than a decade. “Especially one where there are issues around the truth,” she said. “For me, it’s something about lying. It just blows my mind. It blows every brain cell in my head. I can’t deal. But yeah, we move on.”
Attwood announced her separation from Dack in January, initially saying there had been a “breach of trust.” She later accused him of repeatedly cheating during their relationship and said she had previously concealed incidents from the public.
Attwood Said She Had Protected Dack for Years
During an episode of her Olivia’s House podcast, Attwood said she felt like an “idiot” after defending Dack and hiding details about his alleged infidelity. She said she arranged therapy for him after previous incidents and accepted what she described as repeated apologies.
Dack has not publicly responded in detail to every recent allegation made by Attwood. The pair dated before Attwood joined Love Island in 2017 and later reconciled. They became engaged in 2019 and held a televised wedding ceremony at London’s Bulgari Hotel in June 2023.
Attwood and Pete Wicks Have Gone Public
Attwood has since confirmed a relationship with former The Only Way Is Essex cast member Pete Wicks, her longtime friend and KISS radio cohost.
The pair had been linked for several months before Wicks posted black-and-white photographs from a trip to Ibiza showing them embracing and relaxing together. “I guess someone has to go first… IBIZA,” he captioned the photographs with a black heart emoji.
