Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee’s older son, Brandon Thomas Lee, is engaged to Katarina Demetriades after proposing during the couple’s trip to Indonesia.
Brandon, 30, asked Demetriades to marry him on Saturday, Aug. 29, PEOPLE confirmed. The couple is already looking ahead to a wedding in late 2027, although no venue or exact date has been announced.
Their engagement followed years of friendship. Brandon and Demetriades both grew up in Los Angeles and knew each other long before they began dating in 2025. They have since moved to New York, where Demetriades is studying philosophy at New York University.
Brandon has built his career primarily behind the camera as a producer and runs And Her Son’s Productions, the Anderson family production company. He produced the Netflix documentary Pamela, a Love Story and later executive produced The Last Showgirl, which starred his mother.

The couple shared photographs from the Indonesia trip with PEOPLE, including images of Demetriades wearing her engagement ring beside Brandon. They have not publicly given a detailed account of the proposal itself beyond confirming that it happened Aug. 29 during the vacation.
Brandon and Demetriades had been friends for years before their relationship became romantic in 2025. PEOPLE reported that both were raised in Los Angeles before eventually relocating to New York together. Their engagement came roughly a year after they began dating, and they are currently planning to marry toward the end of 2027.
The news was announced through PEOPLE rather than through a lengthy social media statement from either of them. The magazine’s photographs offered the first public look at the ring and the couple’s celebration in Indonesia.
They Made Their Public Debut at Dylan Jagger Lee’s Wedding
Brandon and Demetriades made their public debut as a couple earlier this year at the wedding of his younger brother, Dylan Jagger Lee. Dylan, 28, married interior designer Paula Bruss in an intimate ceremony at a private villa in Saint-Tropez.
Vogue reported that Dylan and Bruss had also become engaged in Saint-Tropez in 2024, nearly two years before returning to the French Riviera for their wedding. The ceremony brought together close friends and family, including Anderson, Tommy Lee and Brandon.
Anderson later described watching her younger son marry as emotional. “It really did feel like, oh, ‘Dylan is not mine anymore. He and Paula belong together,’” she told PEOPLE while discussing the wedding.
The family milestone arrived shortly before Brandon reached one of his own. Anderson and Tommy married in 1995, welcomed Brandon in 1996 and Dylan in 1997, and divorced in 1998.
Brandon Has Built a Producing Career With His Mother
Brandon serves as CEO and head of production at And Her Son’s Productions and has played a major role in several projects tied to his mother’s recent career resurgence.
He produced the 2023 Netflix documentary Pamela, a Love Story, which followed Anderson as she revisited her career, relationships and public image in her own words. The documentary earned a nomination for Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Special at the 2023 Emmys, with Brandon included among the nominated producers.
The Television Academy lists Brandon alongside Jessica Hargrave, Ryan White and Julia Nottingham as producers on the nominated film. The project also received a separate Emmy nomination for its original score.
Brandon later executive produced Gia Coppola’s The Last Showgirl, starring Anderson as a veteran Las Vegas performer facing the closure of the show that has defined much of her adult life. Anderson received her first Golden Globe nomination for the performance.
The Couple Is Planning a Late 2027 Wedding
Brandon’s work now continues from New York, where he and Demetriades have established their home together. PEOPLE also identifies him as a co-founder of the skin care brand Sonsie, which Anderson later joined as a co-founder and owner.
Demetriades is pursuing her philosophy studies at NYU while the couple begins planning a wedding that remains more than a year away. No location has been announced, and the pair has not disclosed details about the size or style of the ceremony.
For now, the confirmed plan is a late 2027 wedding. The engagement follows a relationship that began with years of friendship in Los Angeles, became romantic in 2025 and reached its next stage during their August trip to Indonesia.
