Pete Davidson revealed that Nicholas Hoult and wife Bryana Holly had welcomed twins while praising his costar’s parenting. “He’s a great dad, father of four,” Davidson said, with Hoult sitting beside him.
Hoult responded, “Yeah,” during the November 4 Entertainment Tonight interview, which also featured Anna Sawai. The actors were promoting their new film, How to Rob a Bank, when the conversation turned to their families.
Hoult, 36, and Holly, 33, already share son Joaquin, born in 2018, and another child born in 2022. PEOPLE reported that the twins arrived in 2025, although their exact birth dates have not been disclosed.
Davidson, 32, became a father himself in December 2025, when he and Elsie Hewitt welcomed daughter Scottie. Asked about the lengths he would go to for his child, he credited Hoult with helping him prepare for parenthood.

While Hewitt was pregnant, Davidson watched Hoult make repeated trips home between workdays. He told ET that his costar flew back every weekend to spend time with his family, describing that effort as inspiring, according to Us Weekly.
Davidson also remembered asking how to balance work with parenting. When others suggested young children would forget those early years, Hoult replied, “We’ll remember,” according to Entertainment Weekly.
Hoult had described a similar urgency during his first year as a parent. In a January 2019 interview with the Evening Standard, he explained that he had started speaking quickly in interviews because he wanted to finish and get home. He acknowledged the exhaustion of caring for a baby but said the love outweighed it, and that watching his child change from day to day had altered how he valued his time.

Hoult’s marital status became public through another passing reference. At the November 17, 2024, Governors Awards, he called Holly his wife while describing her reaction to Nosferatu. She had gripped his hand so tightly during the horror film that her nails left marks.
Asked about the resulting marriage speculation in a separate interview, he told PEOPLE, “I think it’s fairly clear.” The couple made their red-carpet debut together at the film’s Los Angeles premiere on December 12, 2024. They have not publicly specified their wedding date.
Holly had marked their seventh anniversary with photographs on Instagram in December 2023. More recently, she referred to her “babies” in a March 2026 Instagram Story about breastfeeding after the couple attended the Vanity Fair Oscar Party, without announcing the twins.

Hoult has nevertheless shared occasional stories about bringing his son into his working life. During a November 2024 appearance on The Jess Cagle Show with Julia Cunningham, he recalled letting Joaquin use the clippers to shave his head for the role of Lex Luthor in Superman.
