Savannah Chrisley is expecting her first child, and the man she has kept largely out of the spotlight is already her fiancé. The 29-year-old Chrisley Knows Best alum announced both milestones on October 27th.
She called her partner “J” in her Instagram announcement, while identifying him as Jason on Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley. According to Entertainment Weekly, the announcement video offered glimpses of him without fully revealing his face.
“I’ve prayed for this life. I’ve cried for this life,” Chrisley wrote. Her caption described years of heartbreak and uncertainty before finding a relationship in which she finally felt safe and fulfilled.
Sharing even that much marked a change for Chrisley. In May, she had told podcast listeners that she might keep her partner’s identity private until after they were married, saying he deserved that privacy.
Chrisley Shares Her Baby Bump and Praises Jason’s Support

The announcement montage shows Chrisley holding ultrasound photographs and kissing Jason while sitting on a kitchen island with a hand resting on her bare bump. Other shots include baby clothes, tiny shoes and a cake decorated with the word “Baby.”
In the accompanying caption, Chrisley described Jason as her protector and “fiercest fighter,” crediting him with bringing patience and laughter into her life.
She also praised the practical ways he has supported her during pregnancy. According to Chrisley, Jason has attended every doctor’s appointment, regularly talks about their baby and reassures her about her changing body.
Jason Proposed Five Months After They Started Dating
Chrisley’s account places the start of their relationship in July 2025. Jason proposed that December during a trip to the Cayman Islands, five months into their romance, according to PEOPLE.
The proposal came without the pressure Chrisley might have expected. She said Jason presented her with a ring while leaving her room to decide whether to treat it as an engagement ring, an approach she appreciated.
“The ring is insane and it’s everything I ever wanted,” she told listeners.
Chrisley said the strength of their relationship mattered more to her than how long they had been together. The couple now plans to marry in May 2027, Page Six reported.
She Discovered the Pregnancy After Undergoing Fertility Treatment
Chrisley had been discussing fertility care publicly for months before revealing the pregnancy. In April, she told podcast listeners that she was freezing her eggs after previously sharing concerns about how endometriosis could affect her ability to conceive.
She had also described undergoing multiple surgeries and consulting doctors about preserving her fertility. Those conversations included her recollection that conceiving could be difficult even if carrying a pregnancy remained possible.
Her latest podcast episode describes egg retrieval and the creation of two embryos, followed by the unexpected discovery that she was pregnant while traveling aboard a yacht along the coasts of Turkey and Greece.
TV Insider reported that she became pregnant without using either embryo. She has not revealed the baby’s sex.
Chrisley Explains Why She Has Protected Jason’s Identity
The couple first crossed paths through political circles while Chrisley was advocating for her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, during their imprisonment.
She recalled receiving a congratulatory text from Jason after her parents were pardoned. She initially missed the message and replied nine days later, beginning an exchange that developed into their relationship.
Chrisley has acknowledged a substantial age difference between them and said concern about public criticism contributed to her decision to keep him off camera.
She has shared some information about his working life. During a June podcast appearance, she described him as a “financial guy” who had built his own businesses and supported her career despite knowing little about television.
Chrisley has not publicly disclosed Jason’s surname or exact age.
