Ariana Madix’s Los Angeles-area home was burglarized on October 17, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Page Six when news of the incident emerged on October 23.

Jewelry and other belongings were stolen. The total value of the missing property was not disclosed in the initial reports.

Madix, 41, is known for Vanderpump Rules and now hosts Love Island USA.

Her representative did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment. The initial reports did not establish whether she was home when the break-in occurred.

A Neighbor’s Call Led Police to a Shattered Back Door

A neighbor alerted authorities, according to law enforcement sources cited by TMZ, which first reported the burglary.

The outlet said officers arrived at approximately 5:45 p.m. and discovered that the home’s back door had been shattered. Its sources described the damaged door as the apparent entry point.

Police had not released a suspect description when the incident became public.

Madix Bought Her Own Home While Working in New York

In March 2024, Madix bought a Hollywood Hills property for approximately $1.6 million.

A source told Us Weekly that she was the sole owner and was looking forward to decorating the space herself.

At the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books the following month, Madix explained how she had managed the search from another city. Her friend Logan Cochran visited properties while she reviewed listings online.

“I didn’t actually see it in person until right before I was signing,” she said, according to PEOPLE.

She had returned from New York to film the Vanderpump Rules reunion and stayed with Katie Maloney. Only a few people knew about the purchase, including Dayna Kathan, who joined her for a glass of rosé in the house.

Her Shared House With Sandoval Sold After a Legal Dispute

Madix and Sandoval had purchased a separate property in Valley Village in 2019 for approximately $2.08 million. Their nine-year relationship ended in March 2023 after his affair with their costar Rachel “Raquel” Leviss became public.

The two continued owning the house together after separating. Sandoval wanted to buy her share and remain there, while Madix sought a sale that would divide the proceeds.

She filed a legal action in January 2024 asking a judge to order that sale. A settlement notice filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on January 13, 2026, made dismissal conditional on completing specified terms, according to a January report from Us Weekly.

The house sold for $3.1 million in May, according to Realtor.com. Listing agent Ashley Fultz said a buyer had offered the full asking price before the property could be publicly listed.

Madix returned to Broadway on September 12 to play Connie Francis in Just in Time at Circle in the Square Theatre.

The musical follows Bobby Darin’s career, with Matthew Morrison playing the singer. Directed by Alex Timbers, it features a live band performing songs including “Beyond the Sea” and “Mack the Knife.”

Madix previously told Jimmy Fallon that the role had a childhood connection. She had grown up listening to Francis’ music, including songs her father played on the piano.

The engagement follows Madix’s 2024 Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in Chicago. Her television work also brought a 2026 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality Competition Program.

On October 20, producers announced that her latest stage run would continue through November 28, extending an engagement originally scheduled to end November 22, according to Broadway.com.
