Blac Chyna has submitted the non-disclosure agreement she says former boyfriend Twin Hector signed, adding the document itself to their ongoing court fight.
A copy obtained by TMZ also contains a liquidated-damages provision setting a $5 million payment for each violation. White alleges that Hector, whose legal name is Taiyon Elijah Hector, breached the agreement four times.
Her March 27 cross-complaint seeks at least $20 million based on those alleged violations, along with additional claims arising from their former relationship.
Hector disputes White’s allegations, and his attorney has characterized her cross-complaint as frivolous while maintaining that Hector is the victim in the wider dispute.
The NDA Covered White’s Children, Mother and Business
The agreement anticipated that Hector could learn private information while dating White, including details about her personal life, business activities and finances. It also restricted him from recording or filming her without her consent and from publicly disclosing confidential information obtained through their relationship.
White’s children were specifically included in the agreement. She shares son King Cairo with Tyga and daughter Dream Kardashian with former fiancé Rob Kardashian. The document also covered private information involving White’s mother, Tokyo Toni.
White Alleges Four Violations of the Agreement

White’s cross-complaint accuses Hector of breaching the NDA through music, interviews and merchandise connected to their breakup. According to Complex, one disputed song lyric referred to a woman who wore a European size 39 shoe, which White alleges was a reference to her.
Hector reportedly responded that the lyric could apply to anyone, while White’s filing characterized his answer as a “thinly veiled admission.” She also alleges that he disclosed private information during an appearance on Tasha K’s show and improperly sold merchandise promoted as “Twin Hector vs. Blac Chyna.”
White would still need to establish that the agreement is valid, that Hector breached it and that the damages provision applies to the conduct alleged. Under California Civil Code Section 1671, a liquidated-damages provision is generally valid in covered contracts unless the party challenging it establishes that it was unreasonable under the circumstances existing when the agreement was made.
The Former Couple Has Made Competing Abuse Allegations
Hector filed his original lawsuit in California Superior Court in September 2024, alleging that White physically and verbally abused him during their relationship. He claims one September 2021 incident left him with significant injuries and is seeking damages from her.
White denies his account and alleges that Hector was the aggressor during their relationship. Her filings claim that she acted in self-defense during one confrontation and accuse him of assaulting, intimidating and threatening her. Hector and his attorney have denied those allegations.
