Demi Moore’s Landman payday has reportedly climbed into the same range as Billy Bob Thornton’s.
The actress is one of several original cast members from the Taylor Sheridan and Christian Wallace drama who have negotiated major salary increases ahead of Season 3, according to Deadline.
The report said Moore’s new deal brings her to pay parity with Thornton for the upcoming season.
Demi Moore Reportedly Moved Into Landman’s Top Pay Tier
Moore’s new deal reportedly puts her in the $740,000 to $770,000 per episode range for Season 3. SlashFilm, citing Deadline, reported that the raise brings Moore to parity with Thornton next season.
That range would put Moore’s total at roughly $7.4 million to $7.7 million for a 10-episode season. Just Jared reported that Moore had previously been on a two-year contract, which made her eligible for a new deal.
Thornton was not part of the same round of raises because he was already locked into a separate three-year deal with standard year-to-year increases, according to Deadline’s report. Just Jared reported that Thornton is expected to be eligible for a new contract going into a possible fourth season.
Ali Larter Also Scored a Major Raise
Ali Larter, who plays Angela Norris, also landed one of the biggest bumps among the original cast. Just Jared reported that Larter more than doubled her previous salary and will now make more than $350,000 per episode.
With 10 episodes, that puts her full-season pay around $3.5 million. SlashFilm reported that Larter also secured a talent deal as part of the renegotiation.
Deadline reported that Larter’s deal took the longest to close. Her character, Angela Norris, remains central to the show’s family drama opposite Thornton’s Tommy Norris.
Other Original Cast Members Reportedly Doubled Their Salaries
The raises were not limited to Moore and Larter. Deadline’s report said several original cast members received major increases ahead of Season 3.
Jacob Lofland and Michelle Randolph, who play Cooper and Ainsley Norris, are reportedly moving into the $130,000 to $180,000 per episode range. Just Jared reported that both actors are among the cast members at least doubling their previous salaries.
Paulina Chavez, James Jordan, Kayla Wallace and Mark Collie also reportedly received large percentage raises from more modest starting salaries. Their exact new salary numbers were not publicly detailed in the accessible reports.
Landman’s Success Helped Drive the Renegotiations

The raises arrive after Landman became a major performer for Paramount+. Paramount+ said the Season 2 premiere drew more than 9.2 million streaming views in its first two days, making it the most-watched premiere for any Paramount+ original series.
The streamer has also confirmed that Landman has been renewed for Season 3. A release date has not been announced.
The series stars Thornton as Tommy Norris and follows the high-pressure world of West Texas oil. Moore plays Cami Miller, while Larter plays Tommy’s ex-wife, Angela Norris.
Moore’s Role Grew After Season 2
Moore’s reported raise comes after a larger Season 2 role for Cami Miller. Paramount+’s Season 3 guide says Season 2 put Cami in control of M-Tex after the death of Monty Miller, played by Jon Hamm.
Moore also entered the new contract talks during a high-profile career stretch after major awards attention for The Substance. On Landman, the reported Season 3 deal now puts her in the same top salary range as Thornton.
Paramount+ says Season 3 will stream exclusively on the platform, with the Season 3 cast list still to be officially announced.
