Harry Styles was not at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding, but Zoë Kravitz was.
Kravitz attended the couple’s July 3 wedding at Madison Square Garden in New York City without Styles, who is her fiancé. PEOPLE reported that Kravitz was photographed heading to the ceremony solo while Styles was in London for his tour.
Styles and Swift briefly dated more than a decade ago, and because Kravitz has her own long-running friendship with Swift.
Entertainment Weekly reported that Styles was headlining a concert at Wembley Stadium in London while Swift and Kelce gathered for their nuptials at MSG.
Styles Had a Tour Conflict in London
Styles’ absence quickly became part of the wedding conversation because of his history with Swift. EW reported that he did receive an invitation, citing Variety, but was unable to attend because of the London concert.
Styles is currently on his Together, Together tour, and his July 3 Wembley show put him in another country as the wedding unfolded in New York.
The conflict kept him away from one of the most-watched celebrity events of the year, but it did not leave Kravitz off the guest list. PEOPLE reported that she walked to the wedding at Madison Square Garden wearing a short mesh black dress decorated with gold, silver and black beads.
Kravitz Arrived Solo for Swift’s Wedding

Kravitz styled the beaded look with black sunglasses, strappy black heels, glittery silver earrings, a black shawl and a small black purse, according to PEOPLE.
Her appearance also pushed back against earlier rumors that there was tension between her and Swift. PEOPLE reported that sources close to Swift previously dispelled claims that Kravitz had not been invited to the wedding and said there was no bad blood between the two.
Kravitz and Swift have been friends for years. Their bond grew during the COVID-19 pandemic, when both spent time in London in 2020.
Kravitz Has Spoken About Her Friendship With Swift
Kravitz told GQ in 2022 that Swift was part of her pandemic “pod” in London.
“She was a very important part of being in London, just having a friend that I could see and that would make me home-cooked meals and dinner on my birthday,” Kravitz said, according to PEOPLE.
Swift also praised Kravitz in the same GQ piece, saying the actress has “a very honest inner compass” and creates art and life without compromising herself.
Kravitz later said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that she and Swift would spend time together in between Swift’s Eras Tour shows. PEOPLE reported that Kravitz described Swift coming over after performing at Wembley, drinking wine, eating a burger and hanging out.
The Harry and Taylor History Still Got People Talking
Styles and Swift dated briefly between late 2012 and early 2013, which is why his name still surfaces around major Swift relationship moments.
InStyle reported that fans have long connected parts of Swift’s 1989 era to the relationship, especially “Style” and “Out of the Woods.”
EW reported that Styles and Swift have appeared friendly in public since their split, including at the 2021 and 2023 Grammy Awards. At the 2023 ceremony, Swift was seen dancing during Styles’ performance of “As It Was” and gave him a standing ovation when he won Best Pop Vocal Album.
