Jack Osbourne has shared a new glimpse of his youngest daughter, Ozzy Matilda, four months after welcoming the baby with his wife, Aree Osbourne.
The television personality posted a photograph of himself holding Ozzy while sitting cross-legged in a park. The baby smiled from her father’s lap in a pink outfit as Jack offered a brief description of the personality she is beginning to show.
“Little miss ozz already has a mischievous sparkle,” he wrote in the July 31 Instagram post.
Ozzy Matilda was born on March 5, weighing 7 pounds, 4 ounces.

The photograph showed Jack smiling at the camera while Ozzy sat upright against him in the grass. Her wide smile quickly prompted comparisons to her late grandfather, Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne.
Several followers said they recognized the musician’s smile, eyes or playful expression in his granddaughter. His caption focused instead on the baby’s emerging personality and the “mischievous sparkle” he believes she already possesses.
The image is one of several family moments Jack has shared since Ozzy Matilda’s birth. Earlier updates showed the baby sleeping beside him on a couch and wrapped in a blanket as the family adjusted to life with its newest member.
Her Name Honors Jack’s Late Father

Jack and Aree announced her arrival in a joint Instagram post six days after she was born. The birth announcement showed the newborn sleeping in her crib beside a black bat plush toy. A card placed near her listed her name, birth date and weight.
Her first name honors Jack’s father, who died at age 76 in July 2025, less than three weeks after performing his final concert with Black Sabbath in Birmingham, England. Jack and Aree learned about the pregnancy early enough to share the news with Ozzy before his death.
The Pregnancy Brought Hope During a Difficult Year
Jack previously described Aree’s pregnancy as a source of healing while the Osbourne family grieved his father. “I think it’s been partly a healthy distraction, partly healing,” he said while announcing that they were expecting another child.
Jack described the experience as part of a “full cycle” that redirected some of the family’s emotional energy away from loss and toward the anticipation of a new baby. He also said the couple had wanted another child, although the pregnancy happened somewhat earlier than they expected.
Jack and Aree previously welcomed daughter Maple Artemis in July 2022. They married in September 2023 after privately exchanging vows at San Ysidro Ranch in California. Jack also shares daughters Pearl Clementine, Andy Rose and Minnie Theodora with his former wife, Lisa Stelly. Ozzy Matilda is his fifth child and fifth daughter.
