Katie Holmes paired an oversized sweater with silk for her latest night out with boyfriend Jason Bard Yarmosky, joining him at a New York event devoted to cashmere.
The actress, 47, and the painter, 39, attended Galleria Falconeri on Wednesday, October 14. Both selected clothes from the Italian brand and posed together for photographs.
They also joined Uma Thurman, Oniverse chairman Sandro Veronesi and Matteo Veronesi for a group photograph. Oniverse is Falconeri’s parent company.
Holmes has previously offered a simple explanation for the couple’s coordinated clothes. Asked about their style at a Ferragamo dinner in July, she told ELLE, “I think we just have similar taste.”

Holmes wore Falconeri’s oversized ultrasoft cashmere turtleneck with a long silk satin skirt, keeping both pieces black. Pointed-toe boots, a structured handbag and gold earrings completed her outfit, while she wore her hair loose.
InStyle identified the exact pieces, listing the sweater at $425 and the skirt at $445. Together, the two garments total $870 before accessories. Yarmosky chose an ultrafine cashmere crewneck in cream, paired with dark brown velvet trousers and black shoes.
Cashmere Becomes Art at The Brant Foundation
The evening took place at The Brant Foundation in Manhattan’s East Village, where Falconeri displayed artworks and installations incorporating yarn, fabric and finished garments.
Paris-based French-Japanese artist Tiffany Bouelle gave a live painting performance during the event, according to The Daily Front Row.
Guests later moved to another floor for a dinner curated by chef Silvia Barban of LaRina Pastificio & Vino. Cashmere also appeared in the dining setting.
Other attendees included Ashley Benson, Liev Schreiber, Brittany Snow, Bailey Bass and Adam DiMarco. Veronesi described the event as an introduction to the brand’s work with natural fibers and Italian craftsmanship as Falconeri expands its American presence.

The couple first attracted attention in July, when they arrived holding hands at an East Hampton screening of Olivia Wilde’s The Invite. They later walked the red carpet together at Guild Hall’s Summer Gala on August 7.
On September 1, Holmes celebrated Yarmosky’s birthday with Instagram photographs of the pair together and a cake topped with lit candles. Her caption wished him a happy birthday and called him “the best of the best.”
They also shared photographs from an Italian vacation, including time on Lake Como. Yarmosky posted images of their travels, and Holmes appeared in the photographs alongside views of the water and surrounding landscape.
Their autumn appearances have included Cult Gaia’s New York Fashion Week show, Tod’s in Milan and Gabriela Hearst in Paris. At the Milan presentation, Holmes wore a cream trench coat and wide-leg trousers, while Yarmosky paired a pale knit with black tailored pants.
They were back in New York for an October 9 screening of 14th at the New York Film Festival, where Holmes wore a suede bomber jacket and Yarmosky chose a leather jacket.
Yarmosky’s Work Has Appeared in Museums and Fashion Displays
Yarmosky graduated from New York’s School of Visual Arts in 2010. His paintings and drawings explore aging, time and memory, with his grandparents serving as portrait subjects for more than a decade.
Costumes and staged settings recur in his work. His exhibitions have included presentations at the Brooklyn Museum and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, as well as solo shows at Guild Hall and in Bergdorf Goodman’s Fifth Avenue windows.
He also participated in the 2026 Tribeca Festival Artist Awards Program, which invites visual artists to contribute works for winning filmmakers. His contribution was 10.16.24, a colored-pencil drawing created in 2024 and designated for the Best New Narrative Director award.
