Khloé Kardashian wants a future boyfriend who won’t judge her beauty treatments. As she worked through a relationship checklist with Kim, her sister put the requirement in writing: “Must be okay with plastic surgery.” Khloé agreed.
The conversation aired during the October 29 episode of The Kardashians, as PEOPLE reported. Khloé, 42, had been asked by her therapist to identify the qualities she wanted in a partner.
Kim, 46, volunteered to help with the assignment. She credited Michael Jackson with teaching her about manifestation and began writing down her younger sister’s preferences.
The Good American co-founder shares daughter True, 8, and son Tatum, 4, with former partner Tristan Thompson. She was previously married to Lamar Odom.
Her List Includes Financial Independence and a Louis Vuitton Exception

Khloé wanted someone tall, protective and funny, with religious faith and professional success of his own. She wasn’t planning to bankroll a boyfriend. “I’m no sugar mama,” she joked, according to Us Weekly.
Her physical preferences were specific, too, she ruled out a partner with a micropenis. She also wanted affection and mutual encouragement, describing a relationship in which both people would champion the other’s ambitions.
Approval from her friends and family mattered, as did finding someone who appreciated her silliness without trying to change her personality. When Kim raised the prospect of heavy baggage, Khloé made an exception for designer luggage: “If it’s Louis Vuitton, bring it on!”
Khloé Previously Corrected Speculation About Her Cosmetic Procedures
In June 2025, Khloé responded to an Instagram video in which aesthetic doctor Jonny Betteridge speculated about procedures she might have undergone. She pointed out that the photographs he was comparing had been taken roughly 15 years apart, then supplied her own account in the comments, as Us Weekly reported.
She acknowledged a nose job and described nonsurgical treatments, including laser hair removal, skin-tightening treatments and past filler use. Her response also identified Botox and Sculptra injections in the area of her cheek where a tumor had been removed.
Discussing that disclosure in a June 18, 2026 interview with PEOPLE, Khloé said she wanted to correct assumptions without pretending her appearance was entirely natural. “There is maintenance involved,” she said. She also described exchanging beauty-product recommendations with her sisters and investigating treatment advertisements with Kim.
Kim Had Already Written Her Own 52-Item Dating List
The sisters had discussed Kim’s approach during the January 28 episode of Khloé in Wonder Land, published on Khloé’s channel. Kim checked her own list during the conversation and counted 52 qualities, although she thought she could remove one or two.
Taking accountability was her leading priority. Kim described it as something she worked to teach her children, alongside the other qualities she wanted in a partner, including good values and dependability.
Khloé challenged another entry, a calm personality. She thought Kim still needed someone with enough energy to keep her interested, rather than a partner whose temperament would leave her bored. The sisters joked about refining the document, possibly removing a few requirements while adding others.
Khloé Says She Is Not Actively Looking for a Relationship
During the October 29 conversation, the sisters agreed that cheating and lying were unacceptable. Khloé wanted to trust a future partner and feel emotionally safe with him. He would also need to love her children and be a good role model for them.
She said she remained open to meeting someone and could imagine eventually feeling secure enough to discuss a future together. But she wasn’t treating the list as a deadline to start dating. “At the moment, I’m not even looking,” she said.
