Lindsay Lohan gave fans another rare look at her family life with husband Bader Shammas.

The Freakier Friday star shared a birthday tribute to Shammas on Wednesday, June 17, posting a video montage filled with family photos of the couple and their son, Luai.

People reported that the montage was set to Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros’ song “Home.”

Shammas appears in her social media posts occasionally, but the couple has shared only limited glimpses of their son since welcoming him in 2023.

In the caption, Lohan wished Shammas a happy birthday and called him her “favorite person.” She praised him as an incredible husband, a loving father and the kind of friend people hope to have in their lives.

She also thanked him for the life they have built together, his loyalty, his strength and the way he cares for their family. “Luai and I are so lucky to have you,” she wrote, before ending the message with, “I love you endlessly.”

The Couple Has Kept Their Marriage Mostly Private

Lohan and Shammas have been romantically linked since 2020. She announced their engagement in November 2021 with an Instagram post showing her ring and writing, “My love. My life. My family. My future.”

People confirmed in July 2022 that the couple had married, though they did not publicly share many details about the ceremony or their relationship. Lohan has built much of her family life away from the tabloid spotlight that followed her earlier career.

The couple live a quieter life than the one Lohan was associated with during her early fame.

Luai Has Become Part of Her Public Joy

Lohan and Shammas welcomed their son, Luai, in July 2023. The birthday montage included photos with him, making the tribute as much about their family as it was about Shammas himself.

The actress has shared small glimpses of motherhood over the past year. In May, she posted a rare photo with Luai kissing her cheek and called herself a “lucky mama,” another post that drew attention because she has been selective about what she shares.

The Post Comes During Lohan’s Hollywood Return

Lohan’s family update comes as she continues to stay visible onscreen. Her return to Disney territory with Freakier Friday has put her back in a familiar spotlight, while her posts with Shammas and Luai show the quieter life she has built outside work.
