Olivia Culpo says her second pregnancy with husband Christian McCaffrey came sooner than she expected.
The former Miss Universe said in a May 22 TikTok that she found out she was pregnant again about six months after giving birth to the couple’s first child, daughter Colette Annalise McCaffrey, according to People.
Culpo and McCaffrey announced the pregnancy publicly on May 8, her 34th birthday. E! News reported that Culpo called the baby her “best birthday gift” in the announcement post.
Culpo Said the Pregnancy Was Not Planned

In the TikTok, Culpo said she had been recording a private “capsule” of the moment she found out she was pregnant again. She said the pregnancy was not planned and admitted the timing surprised her.
People reported that Culpo said she felt grateful to be welcoming another child, but her first concern was hoping the baby would be healthy.
The timing came while Culpo was still recovering from her first delivery. She said she had a C-section with Colette in July 2025 and was “definitely not totally healed” when she learned she was pregnant again.

Culpo said the pregnancy arrived just as she was beginning to feel more physically settled after giving birth. She had started working out again and was beginning to see changes from that routine.
She also said she had recently stopped breastfeeding and had booked Botox and filler appointments that she now planned to cancel.
Culpo mentioned endometriosis and adenomyosis, saying she expects to return to progesterone because it had been part of her previous pregnancy care. She described her own experience and did not present the comments as medical advice for others.
She May Skip Finding Out the Baby’s Sex
Culpo said she does not plan to find out the baby’s sex unless McCaffrey wants to know.
The couple welcomed Colette in July 2025, less than a year after marrying in 2024. Their second pregnancy announcement came before their first daughter turned one, making the update one of Culpo’s most personal public posts since becoming a mother.
Culpo ended her TikTok by saying she wished she had planned better. She also made clear that she feels fortunate, even as she processes how quickly her family is growing.
