Ryan Seacrest is joking about being single, months after reports linked him to Dutch model Maxime Nova. The television host brought his own love life into a conversation about post-breakup behavior on the October 28 episode of On Air with Ryan Seacrest.
The 51-year-old Wheel of Fortune host was discussing the subject with cohosts Tanya Rad and Sisanie when Rad challenged his description of himself. His hesitant response prompted more questions before he offered another joke.
Over the summer, Seacrest and Nova were photographed together in France, and unnamed sources described their reported romance as increasingly serious. His social media posts also encouraged speculation about a new partner.
Seacrest did not mention Nova or announce a breakup, leaving the status of their reported relationship unclear.
Seacrest Jokes That He Has ‘Long-Time Single Behavior’

The discussion began with Seacrest describing RSB, his abbreviation for recently single behavior. Changing hair color was one example of something that might signal a person had just left a relationship.
“I have RSB, but I didn’t SB,” he told his cohosts, according to TV Insider. “Are we sure?” Rad asked. After a pause, Seacrest answered, “Hmmm. No.”
The conversation briefly moved to another abbreviation when Sisanie brought up RBF. Seacrest then introduced LSB, which he explained meant “long-time single behavior,” drawing laughter from his cohosts.
Summer Reports Linked Him to Maxime Nova
Seacrest and Nova were seen sharing an outdoor dinner in the South of France in late June. On August 10, Page Six reported that their relationship had grown more serious, citing unnamed insiders.
One source described a summer trip in which Seacrest arranged for Nova to fly by private jet to join him aboard a yacht in the Ionian Sea.
Later in August, Seacrest posted photographs of himself preparing dinner for two. The images showed the cooking and table setting but did not identify his guest, prompting followers to ask who would be joining him.
Before the Nova reports, Seacrest dated model Aubrey Paige from 2021 until April 2024. Entertainment Tonight confirmed their separation through a source at the time.
His Hypothetical Proposal Already Has Notes
Seacrest, who has never married, had discussed a possible future proposal with Vanna White less than a week before the radio exchange.
On the October 22 episode of Wheel of Fortune, contestant Olivia Bordenet described being surprised by her fiancé’s proposal. White later asked Seacrest whether he had thought about how he might pop the question.
He said he had considered the surprise and wording and saved ideas in his phone, according to TV Insider. “There’s just that one blank to fill out at the end when we get there,” he joked. Seacrest offered to run the plan past White first, and she agreed.
He Previously Had to Explain a Tinder Joke
During the March 16 episode of Wheel of Fortune, which featured a romance theme, Seacrest quipped that he would look for love on Tinder. By March 30, he was addressing the response on his radio show.
“People keep asking me if I’m on Tinder. Well, I’m not,” he explained, as Us Weekly reported. Rad read headlines portraying him as lonely and looking for love through the app. Seacrest disputed that interpretation and explained that he had made the remark jokingly.
