Selling the OC star Gio Helou and his wife, Tiffany Helou, are parents again after a difficult year in their family journey.
The couple welcomed their second child, daughter Tatum Grace Helou, on Friday, June 12, at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, California. People reported that Tiffany gave birth naturally and without medication, and that Tatum weighed 6 lbs., 13 oz.
Tatum joins the couple’s 2-year-old son, Teddy. Her arrival comes after Tiffany and Gio publicly shared two pregnancy losses in less than six months, including an ectopic pregnancy in late 2024 and a second miscarriage in spring 2025.
Tiffany Called Tatum Their “Double Rainbow Baby”

Tiffany told People that she and Gio were overjoyed to welcome their daughter after a year that “truly tested” them. She called Tatum “the greatest blessing” and described her as their “double rainbow baby,” a reference to the couple’s two pregnancy losses before her birth.
In December 2024, Tiffany shared that she had experienced an ectopic pregnancy with the couple’s second baby. In May 2025, she and Gio said they were grieving a second pregnancy loss in less than six months after learning at a follow-up appointment that the pregnancy had not survived.
People reported at the time that Tiffany underwent a D&C surgery after the second loss and was focused on physical and emotional recovery. The couple later said the experience tested their marriage and faith, while also making them more grateful for the family moments they were still able to hold onto.
The Birth Happened Quickly Once Tatum Was Ready
Gio said their doctor asked Tiffany if she wanted to help deliver the baby once Tatum’s head and shoulders were out. Tiffany reached down and pulled her daughter onto her chest, a moment Gio described to People as unforgettable.
Tiffany said the birth was intense and beautiful, and exactly the unmedicated experience she had wanted. She also praised Gio for staying beside her through the hardest parts of labor, saying she would never forget what it felt like to bring their daughter into the world together.
Gio described the first days with Tatum as a blur of sleepless nights, diaper changes and learning a new family rhythm. He said holding his daughter opened up a new kind of love, even with the exhaustion that comes with a newborn.
Teddy Is Already a Big Brother
Tiffany said Teddy has been sweet with his baby sister from the moment he met her. Seeing him with Tatum, she told People, has been everything the family prayed for as they adjusted to life as four.
The couple first became parents in September 2023, when they welcomed son Theodore Georges Helou. Their new announcement keeps the focus on Tatum’s safe arrival while still acknowledging the losses that made this pregnancy especially emotional for the family.
The News Adds a Family Chapter Beyond Selling the OC
Gio is known to Netflix viewers from Selling the OC, the Orange County real estate spinoff of Selling Sunset. Netflix describes him as one of the first agents recruited to The Oppenheim Group’s Orange County office.
The series often follows luxury listings, office tension and the Oppenheim Group’s high-end real estate world. Away from the show, Gio and Tiffany have used social media to share pieces of their fertility and pregnancy-loss journey, including Tiffany’s posts about recovery, grief and trying again after back-to-back losses.
