Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding has produced another unexpected mystery, and this one has paws.
Cosmopolitan reported that fans became convinced the newlyweds have a secret dog after footage from their Madison Square Garden wedding showed a framed photo of the couple holding a fluffy white puppy.
The Daily Mail also highlighted the dog theory after footage from the couple’s pink hallway display started circulating online.

The dog speculation began after wedding footage showed a pink hallway lined with framed photos from Swift and Kelce’s relationship. Cosmopolitan reported that one of those photos appeared to show the couple holding a small white puppy.
Swift is famously associated with her cats, Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson and Benjamin Button. E! News reported in December 2025 that Kelce said his favorite Christmas gift came from Swift, but he refused to say what it was because it would reveal something they were trying to keep “in-house.”
Cosmopolitan noted that fans now think the mystery gift may have been the puppy. A dog would mark a different kind of pet chapter for Swift, especially if the animal belongs to her and Kelce together.

Cosmopolitan reported that an old 2025 clip from the Fitz & Whit podcast resurfaced after fans noticed the wedding dog photo.
In that clip, Jason Kelce talked about visiting Travis’ house and seeing expensive green velvet couches that had been damaged. According to Cosmopolitan, Jason said Travis had “just got a puppy” and that the puppy had chewed a hole in the back of one of the couches.
CBS Sports reported at the time that Jason’s story sparked rumors that Travis and Swift had added a new pet, though it was not clear exactly when the story took place or whether the puppy was connected to Swift.
