Meghan Markle’s lifestyle series has moved from Netflix conversation piece to awards contender.

People reported that With Love, Meghan was announced as a 2026 Daytime Emmy nominee on Tuesday, July 14.

Just Jared reported that the nomination marks the Duchess of Sussex’s first-ever Emmy nod.

The Show Is Nominated in a Lifestyle Category

With Love, Meghan is nominated for Outstanding Lifestyle Program at the 53rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards. The official Daytime Emmy nominations list places the Netflix series in the category alongside A Different Breed, George to the Rescue, The Motherhood and The Wizard of Paws.

The Netflix series is listed with Sony Pictures Television and Archewell Productions. The winner is scheduled to be revealed on Friday, Oct. 30, when the Daytime Emmy Awards are presented at the Hollywood Palladium.

For Meghan, the nomination provides a concrete awards-season moment for a project that was widely discussed, criticized and defended after its debut.

Meghan Shared the Moment With Her Team

Meghan marked the news on Instagram. She congratulated the crew, producers and team who worked on the Netflix series, writing that they were nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Lifestyle Series.

The Series Built Meghan’s New Screen Identity

With Love, Meghan follows Meghan through cooking, hosting, gardening and home-centered entertaining. People reported that guests across the show included Mindy Kaling, Chrissy Teigen, Tan France, Jay Shetty and Roy Choi, along with appearances from Prince Harry and Doria Ragland.

The format was a clear shift from Meghan’s scripted acting past. Instead of returning to a character role, she used the series to introduce a softer on-camera identity built around hospitality, taste and everyday rituals.

The series attracted plenty of attention when it premiered in March 2025, but the reaction was not universally warm.
